It's a nice single flat in a Altbau building with high ceiling, wooden floor and south facing windows, located in the backyard, quiet and bright. Minimal decorated and also used as tearoom. Near Schiller Park, 7 min to U6/Tram13 Seetrasse, 2 min to Bus 120. Plenty of supermarkets around such as Edeka, Denns Biomarket, Asian Market Vinh-Loi, DM, and Turkish shops and great restaurants . If you are a cinema fan, City-Kino Wedding offers a good programm in the neighborhood as well:)

Sexy Central Flat with View, Home Working Perfect!

This is the flat I live in and it is not a hotel or a holiday apartment! I rent it when I am out of town, I have been living here for 14 years so you will find my personal belongings (no valuables) and a lot of love in the apartment so treat it as if it was yours! Small, beautiful apartment by the lake

This small apartment is located in the attic of an apartment building right next to a lake and its park. It is less than one minute walking from the nearest metro station. In the immediate vicinity are supermarkets, a drugstore, snacks and restaurants. The surroundings towards the lake are very quiet and also the shopping street is far enough away to enjoy a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle. The furnishings of the apartment allow every comfort.

The place is artistically designed according to our own ideas. It is located in our single-family house on the 1st floor. It has its own entrance via an external spiral staircase. The surrounding area is very green and quiet. There are many supermarkets, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The U-Bahn station Kurt Schumacher Platz is 400 meters away. By U 6, you are in the city center in 20 minutes.

It is 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz and Mitte and 15 minutes to Kreuzberg by train. Very good connection by bus 128 to Tegel airport, especially good, since easyJet now also lands and takes off in Tegel :-)

My stay at Electra's house was quite frankly amazing! The neighbourhood is so peaceful and the room is spacious, clean and with a peaceful balcony with plants! I slept like a baby for hours and I enjoyed being a bit outside the city centre and calm down and it was very easily accessible to the bus and tram (3-4 minutes walk). i had beautiful conversations with Eleni and felt like home from day 1. Highly recommend!!

Miriam is the perfect AIRBNB host. Friendly, conscious of your needs, appreciative of the of the space you need - simply great. The location is Berlin… good restaurants, good cafes, good metro connections. When you know Berlin, you know every neighbourhood is unique. Here you get a nice taste of two … sitting on the border between Berlin East and Berlin West… parks, near, minutes from the center… recommended. I must mention as well… the welcome plate of home baked chocolate cake, the tray of juice and fruit crumble in the morning… there’s more but… Thank you Miriam.

Werner's bungalow is in a quiet location. Check-in and communication with Werner worked great. Werner has organized everything perfectly here and is very friendly. The room was clean and Werner even provided towels. There is a bathroom that is shared with a maximum of one other person. There is also a little crockery, so you can easily have breakfast, for example. Overall, I was very satisfied with the price/performance ratio and my stay with Werner.

I was very nicely received by Sabine and Hans and immediately felt comfortable. They have a beautiful wooden house in the north of Berlin. Pleasant area and also easily accessible with typical Berlin rail replacement transport. I had a few wonderful days in Berlin and know where I will try to get a place to sleep next time. The morning coffee at the door is a very special service. Thank you very much.
