Two bedrooms with double bed and each with its own bathroom. Between the two bedrooms is the open living, dining and cooking area with fully equipped kitchen and access to a 30 sqm terrace. One of the two sofas in the living room can be used as a fifth bed with a lying surface of 70x200 cm. For more comfort an additional topper is available.

In the immediate vicinity are supermarkets, a drugstore, snacks and restaurants. The surroundings towards the lake are very quiet and also the shopping street is far enough away to enjoy a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle. The furnishings of the apartment allow every comfort.
