I spent 3 beautiful days in Policoro at Mrs. Margherita's house. Very kind host, ready to meet all my needs. In particular, Mrs. Margherita was asked for a kindness that I will not mention for privacy. She met the request without batting an eye. Very empathetic and very helpful lady. What can I say about Mr. Mimmo, who welcomed us as if we had known each other forever. Mr. Mimmo made us find the apartment impeccably. During the stay, he offered us two baskets of organic fruit, probably from his land. The peaches and apricots are delicious. He also offered us a bottle of wine from his vineyards...what a treat. The location of the apartment is right in the center and is equipped with all the comforts. Surely if I have to go back to Policoro, I will go back to this apartment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We stayed in an apartment with all the necessary services, with a very courteous, helpful and reserved family. The apartment is in a strategic position to reach, Metaponto, Matera and Maratea and close to the local beaches. We had a very good time and were always assisted with great availability.

Vito's apartment is located in the xampa6tra Scanzano Jonico and Montalbano, in a convenient location to easily reach the sea of Basilicata and to tour the hinterland. A perfect apartment for a family. Clean and equipped with everything you need to spend a peaceful vacation. Beautiful private garden with pergola, table, sofas and armchairs where you can relax.
