Yurt vacation rentals in Scandinavia

Sabrina goes above and beyond for her guests, and truly made our stay one to remember! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife and quick to share her insights to help us make the most of our short stay. We especially loved the wonderful breakfasts she prepared and attention to detail in accommodations! I had wanted to see a Finnish squirrel since arriving in Finland, and as we pulled in there was one eating at her feeder ☺️ lovely getaway in a fascinating part of Finland.

A personal, atmospheric, and super clean stay in a beautiful and peaceful area. A happy surprise was the old factory area within walking distance, as well as the gorge area with its nature trails. Sunday night was crowned by a wood-burning yard sauna with atmospheric decor and lighting. Everything went smoothly with the hostess of the house.

A friendly hostess who gives guests space. Excellent sauna, and a nice dip for a swim, even in April. The grill was also great, thanks for being able to use it. Extremely close to walk is an interesting wapriikki, as well as a nature trail in the gorge.

Special experience in the yurt, in the snow. Upon entering, it was 0 degrees in the yurt. After a 1.5 hour heating the stove, it was wonderful, 20 degrees and fine to keep it that way. The space where you can cook and eat and where the shower is is is spacious and nicely decorated. Beautiful area where we walked.

We felt very comfortable right away. The apartment was clean, tastefully furnished and the equipment of kitchen utensils sufficiently available. The location is just wonderfully quiet, to relax. We recommend a trip to the island of Hiddensee, the ferry runs from Schaprode. Worth seeing if you are by car, the Skywalk am Königsstuhl followed by a visit to the 'Kleine Försterei', Cape Akona, a visit to the 'Büchezirkus' in Binz and of course the beautiful bathrooms. Super lovely and amazing stay! It was relaxation, tranquility, and balm for the soul to lie in the yurt, look up at the sky, and listen to nature. We were greeted by the sweetest Lena who made us feel 100% at home and welcome. The yurt was just so cozy with good energies, cozy vibes and exactly as described in the listing. We will 100% be back. I can only give my warmest recommendations. Five out of five stars for both host and stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Laura was very helpful. She prepared yurt before our arrival and it was already warm and cozy. All necessary equipment were provided.

We really enjoyed our time spent and Ivo's place and recommend to anyone wanting to get out of the city to relax. Ivo was a great host, and we appreciated accomdating us. We will hopefully visit again.

Staying at the yurt was an incredibly great experience! The yurt was more atmospheric than in the photos and Päivi and Lauri kept making sure everything was perfect. We also got to enjoy a great musical performance that we can recommend to everyone. The yurt sauna and breakfast exceeded our expectations. We fell in love with this place. A very cozy yurt! Our small family of four (1.5 and 3 year old kids) spent two great nights here in the autumn. Just what we were looking for. Great to play in the nearby "Forsøksparken". Just be aware that this is camping - not glamping. We brought our own sleeping bags, but forgot sheets.

In a beautiful place, nice people rent yurts and houses. We chose yurt - cozy! The son who has trouble sleeping, slept better here. I also slept well. Lovely sound from trees lulled us to sleep. Round shape and high ceilings, as well as immediate proximity to nature, provide peace. Simple luxury. Good wood-burning real sauna! Nice walks. Extra plus for environmental thinking!

Wow, what a place. Beautiful farm very close to the sea with many animals and beautiful sandy beach. Everyone loves nature and simplicity is the place to be. Bicycles are definitely an advantage. Super cozy. Everything what was needed was there. Really enjoyed place, everything clean and nice detailed. Easy to enjoy nature and silence! We stayed at Purvs yurta, but next time would choose Mezs yurta, because it had more sun in the evening. But anyway in the end it didn’t matter. Definitely recommend to stay! Thank you!

We had a great time in this holiday home. The house itself is an inspiring place, with beautiful interiors and a warm atmosphere. The location is ideal: quiet, yet close to nature, which makes it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Facilities (supermarket, farm shop, Silkeborg) are a 15-minute drive away. Helle is a very nice host, we had good contact with her. We really enjoyed the time we spent here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and inspiring holiday!

We had an unforgettable stay at this yurt. Sauna was great addition and a perfect place to relax after the long day. Something I really appreciated was that everything was eco-friendly. We also experienced truly breautiful sunset. Everything is tidy, clean and you have everything you need.
