Feeling of free town - and at the same time green nice place for camping (shadow until afternoon) by the river. This time with small kids for camping, but I can see that this would be also great place for gigs and parties! Kind and helpful host!

Stay and book within the city of Tromsø for 2-3 days and the rest of your stay, you MUST book one of Freddy’s campers. Beyond the city, you will see the real beauty of Tromsø. We stayed at Freddy’s place for 5 nights! Within six days, 1. We saw the Aurora Borealis dancing right in front of Freddy’s property. 2. We watched the most beautiful green, pink, purple Aurora Borealis during our last night right at Freddy’s backyard. 💚💜💖 3. We hiked twice in different areas 30-mins away by driving from Freddy’s place, 4. We had a walk in the nearby area 5. We ate quail eggs (gifted to us by Freddy). 6. There was a day when we just stayed in the camper, enjoyed the view and read a book. We also walked around the area that day. 7. From afar, we saw Moose and Reindeers. 8. Max the cat, the ducks and Geese are a plus! So adorable! We really wanted to get around the places outside the city, good thing Freddy had an extra car for us to rent. We can assure you, renting a car and driving around is worth the view, worth the everything! 😉 The camper was clean, complete and organize as we arrived. For two people, it is very spacious. The view from the window is stunning. The camper is well-heated. 30mins away, there is a local grocery store. We ate there once and we liked it, and we did our groceries from there too. Karin welcomed us and explained to us everything. Freddy was very helpful with many tips to give us. You can ask him anything about Tromsø. He lent us snow shoes and walking sticks for hiking. We wouldn’t have hiked without it. They are both hospitable and very interesting people to talk with. So if you’re planning a trip outside of Tromsø city, Freddy’s camper is the place to be!

Peaceful place surrounded by nature with a friendly host and beautiful scenery. Perfect for families with plenty of activities for kids.

Quiet, peaceful, beautiful and thoughtful in the middle of the pasture with the sheep. Back to basics without electricity and cooking over an open fire. A place to relax and land. Hearing the rain smuggled on the roof at night and the birds chirping in the morning 🥰Love it 😊

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kirsten's! The place was just as charming as described – quietly located, with direct access to the lake and perfectly equipped for our fishing trip. Particularly nice was the possibility to go on the water by canoe and rowboat directly from your own property. Kirsten is an exceptionally warm and helpful host. She provided us with all the important information in advance, was always available and took care of everything with so much attention to detail – from boat licenses to maps. Just great! The house was cozy, clean and had everything we needed – including a well-equipped kitchen, freezer and grill. And little extras like firewood were also available. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime! Thank you for everything, dear Kirsten! 🙏🏼

Me and my friend stayed in tentipin at the campsite. Hans and Winnifred are very nice and welcoming hosts. They made sure we had everything needed. They fixed the TV in the service kitchen so we could watch the Olympic opening and an extra thick duvet. They also prepared a super good breakfast in basket for us! We didn't see reindeer around tentipin but they walked on the road that is close. It was a great experience!

We are very happy with our glamping 🏕️ at Mickel's farm, we were met by the host Hanna who made us feel at home on the farm. We cooked our own dinner in the outdoor kitchen and ate it in the cozy orangery along with the farm's cat who was on a sofa next door. The kids and we adults enjoyed feeding and petting the animals, the kids' favorites were the goats and the cozy rabbits. The tent was big and had everything we needed. Can really recommend staying at Mickels Gård

Jane is a wonderful host. Warm welcome. He fired up the oven because of the bad weather and we had good conversations. We would have liked to have had more time.

It was a great stay for our family (2 adults and one 5-year-old girl). The host, Kim, was super friendly like her whole family. Kid-friendly yard, we almost didn't get to see the sights when the daughter was so comfortable and Kim's daughter was such a delightful play club <3 The camper was just as cozy as the photos, and fresh drinking water was ready. Of course, it got a little hot at night, and the road was pretty clear with traffic inside, but we had good sleep gifts so we slept just fine. Of course, you could come here again. I would be happy to recommend this place.

Very nice room, located in a very cozy neighborhood. The host responded quickly and was incredibly nice and helpful. Walking distance to bakery, pizza restaurant and small shop. Approximately 10 min to the subway, so perfect for getting around Stockholm. Absolutely recommended!

Great place with stunning view in 30 minutes from Stavanger

Nice hosts, nice breakfast and nice location. If you are in the Narvik area you should definitely visit here. The view from the tipi is so phenomenal you could stay there all day but there is some nice hiking trails and a beautiful lake to swim in. We are definitely coming back.

We had a great experience, exactly what we were looking for. We went there for a peaceful stay, we got the chance to add the Sauna to our stay, which we enjoyed the first night, while going out to take a break could see an amazing clear sky full of stars, which we miss since we live in Barcelona. The place is super quiet and calm, amazing break from the city!

We enjoyed our stay there, it is perfect if one wants to have a break from the busy routine, enjoy the silence and peacefulness of the place! A cooler is provided, 10L of water and the summer kitchen is well furnished! The view on the lake is great and the outdoor shower was a very nice experience! I recommend!

I had the most amazing solo stay, hosts were so kind, helpful, accommodating of every request. location for seeing aurora is unbeatable. highly recommend if looking for peace and quiet in beautiful arctic countryside

What a great experience this was!!! A little exciting in advance if it wouldn't be too cold in January. But the wood stove has been my best friend during the stay. Everything you can think of what you could need is present and taken care of by Lena, which gives such a nice feeling when you are a guest there! Enjoyed the snow, the views, the surroundings, the walks and the nice homely feeling in the caravan. Had very pleasant contact with Lena during arrival, stay and departure. Clear instructions and tips and she goes above and beyond to make the stay comfortable! Highly recommended and I will definitely be back!

We had such a lovely stay, the site is beautiful as pictured and very comfortable. Winnie was so kind and easy to communicate with. The kitchen was nice and well equipped (not to mention it has a beautiful view), and Winnie shared some freshly foraged chanterelles. We had a car which made it a very quick drive to town and the waterfront. Such a great experience, will definitely stay here again if we’re back in Gränna!

Lars' place is absolutely amazing and ideal for relaxation. We were enormously lucky with the weather and made use of lots of the amenities on the grounds. In addition, we had the place to ourselves most of the weekend. Lars even served barista coffee for us down by the tent one morning. All in all, an absolutely amazing place we would love to visit again.
