Ghyllie Cottage

We are dog friendly! We are also child friendly! Ghyllie Cottage is a two bedroom, two bathroom cottage that is over 200 years old! Wetheral is just 3 miles from junction 42 on the M6 and the village has great amenities including a Village Shop and post office, Cafe, and a great pub just across the road! Wetheral Railway Station is a short walk from the cottage with regular trains to Carlisle and Newcastle. Easy access to Gretna Green, the Lake District, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

The Retreat

This unique place has a style all its own. Built in 2023, this boutique two ensuite bedroom apartment, with each room individually designed and decorated has every comfort. Pull up at your own entrance to this ground floor accomodation, with outside dining area and bbq. Then opens up to open field area to exercise your dog and family alike (please note, as shows on pictures, this area is not fully fenced). Within the immediate area are stunning walks and cycle routes.
