There were not a lot of instructions before check-in, after checking in on the day, pointed out that the door was unlocked and straight in was fine. The parking spot is adequate, but the nearby roads are narrow and big cars require a certain difficulty. It felt like home after getting started with a lot of furniture, so not a lot of places to leave luggage.2nd floor estimate because we were not in a lot of people and not open for us to use, around the chain. The off-cooled place is older but all well used.There is no heating in the flushed room as it is colder in the winter. However, the parking lot is smaller than expected, so it is difficult to park a large car. I think you should check the parking size in the description. There are quite a lot of grocery stores and shopping malls within driving distance. The building is on the old side, but the convenience part was well remodeled, so there was nothing very uncomfortable. Please note that the water pressure in the shower is a little weak (regular faucets are not bad)

We had a comfortable stay on the island with a relaxing time, and we had time to leave the island in no time. It was big enough for training, camps, and retreats It was an extraordinary trip that felt unique to the island. They kindly contacted us before our stay, and we were able to stay with peace of mind. I can't believe there's a place like this in Yawata Nishi Ward... You can also freely bring your dog, and you can have a BBQ in the yard. Even if you run out of alcohol, you don't have to go all the way to the store to buy it, the host has prepared it well. This is a very rare accommodation in this area. The house is spacious and you can really relax.

The sauna was very nice.It was also perfect for settling in, and the river was close by, making it very relaxing.I want to use it again.

At the end of the year, we stayed two nights and enjoyed sightseeing while relaxing with our dog. The room was clean and easy to spend time in, and the bed and bedding were warm and comfortable to sleep in. Located in a quiet residential area, there was a convenience store, supermarket, and coin laundry within walking distance, which was very helpful. This inn is not available for a trip to Kyushu. I'll have the chance to stay there again.

Great travel experience. Surrounded by the sea. Quiet at night. You need to drive or be picked up to get there. Overall very good.

I stayed with my family and relatives, a total of 14 people (7 adults, 7 children) and 2 dogs, for 1 night.I used it as a place to celebrate with relatives, and I was very satisfied with the comfort and full facilities that exceeded my expectations. First of all, the 2-story 6SLDK villa, built on a 1400 ㎡ spacious site, is more spacious than you can see in the photos, and is designed to allow even large groups to spend time comfortably.The living and dining rooms were open, and the whole family enjoyed eating and talking. Notably, it is a 10-minute drive from Fukuoka Airport, but it has a panoramic view overlooking Fukuoka City.I was able to see the planes take off and land up close, and it was an exciting experience for me as an aviation enthusiast. There are also plenty of facilities where you can enjoy the resort atmosphere, such as a barrel sauna, a small pool, a long deck, and a private BBQ facility.I was unable to use these facilities this time due to time constraints, but I would love to enjoy them with the whole family next time. Another big plus is that you can bring your pet.The dogs also played freely in the large yard and seemed to have a stress-free time. Overall, the cleanliness of the facility and the host's service were excellent, and I had a peaceful stay.I think it is the perfect villa for large groups and special events.I'd love to stay again next time.

This is my second time staying here and it'll always be my top choice when I'm in the area :) The house is clean and cozy and the surrounding area is so peaceful, quiet, and dreamy. Everything is beautiful and I feel so relaxed staying here. There was a big storm the last time I stayed, but the patio is fully covered, so I got to sit outside and sip my coffee while listening to and watching the rain. The bathroom and kitchen are so well-stocked -- I haven't cooked here but the kitchen makes me want to! John is also a fantastic host who is so kind and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here if you have a chance!

This is my second stay and I am still very satisfied. There are free ice cream and coffee for all meals and drinks. I will choose again next time I come to Fukuoka.

It was very clean, fully equipped with daily necessities, and I felt the owner's thoughtfulness.It is also very close to Hakozaki Station, and it is short from Hakozaki Station to Hakata Station, so transportation is very convenient.It was the perfect place for our family of 5 to stay.We'd love to visit again next time we get the chance.

Nice house to stay, clean and comfortable. neighbor streets a bit narrow, be careful when driving larger car (eg. 7 seat car)

A great place to consider for families who like to huddle together and enjoy the facilities provided by Kuromi. 4 TVs, 2 kitchens with all the tools, a beautiful outdoor area for grills and just chilling out. Kuromi was also very responsive to queries. They had a team on standby to inspect the lights and alternative solutions were given to ensure a great experience to my family. Recommended!
