This was a fantastic stay. We were folded right in with the family, which was very fun. The food was excellent; we enjoyed the demonstration of making our own soba. Any time we needed anything, Karin was so responsive and helpful. We especially appreciate her ability to speak English, which made everything so easy for us. Highly recommended!

The owners are the most welcoming and kind people I've met on Airbnb. They do everything to make us comfortable, everything is indicated for the stay to go very well. The common areas are clean, tidy and spacious. Communication has been great from booking to checkout. The lady is extraordinary, almost a mother to me for my first days in Japan, all her attentions touched me a lot. And their dog is adorable ☺️ I would 100% recommend it for a stay in Fukuoka.

It was a trip with a baby, so I was looking for a place to sleep on the floor rather than a bed, and this place was perfect. I had a small accident while parking late at night, and the landlord was so kind to help me that I was able to solve it well without any problems. We had such a memorable stay at Kaya's home. She made us feel very welcome and the home cooked breakfast each morning was such a lovely surprise. She even catered for the vegetarian in our group. The food was delicious and the servings huge. It was a lovely location on a quiet street and we were able to park our car in the driveway. We will definitely like to stay again next time we are in Japan!
