The home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with over 2800 sq ft on a quiet cul-de-sac. The home is great for entertaining or large groups with its split level modern feel. Guest will have access to the entire home. The home features three bedrooms (1 king bed and 2 queen beds), two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room on the upper level while the lower level has two more additional bedrooms (2 queen beds), one bathroom, laundry room and a family room that has a wet bar in it. Additional queen air mattresses available upon request for any booking over 10 guests. The home also offers Bose sound system throughout, smart lighting, smart TV's, apple TV and WiFI. The entire home is open to guests. The house offers plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street. The bus runs near by and it’s easy for Uber and Lyft to find. I can be reached by text, email or phone. I am also available most times to be on site if needed.

It was very clean, had the room we needed for all the family & was very accommodating for our pet dog! She thought of everything; even had a dog dish waiting for Mabel! The kitchen was perfect for the prep & making breakfast casseroles for the wedding. Thank you so much for being an amazingly host! We would definitely use you again if the occasion arises.

The place is beautifully maintained and everything works well. The outside space is lovely and I wish we’d had more time to enjoy it. The home was perfect location for our family. The home felt like we were at ‘home’. We are a game playing family and the board games, outdoor games were great. My husband loved the ping pong table that allowed him to continue his reign as ‘King’ in the family. 😊 We loved the homemade goodies and the well stocked kitchen and farm fresh eggs were delicious! The description was accurate to the listing. Tim communicated locating with us and was quick to respond. I loved the knowing the history of the home, farm & family that lived there. I sure hope Hoot is still there when we return for another stay.
