The accommodation has just been completely renovated. Consisting of a living room with a kitchen and sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and an air conditioning system with two individually manageable units. Splendid apartment in a fine Art Deco building of the 1920s. Ideally located in the heart of the historic district, close to the Porta Susa train station and next to an open air market, with cafés and restaurants. Museums are a 10 minute walk down a main pedestrian street. On the 4th floor with elevator, it consists of an ample living area with kitchen and balcony, three bedrooms (one suite) with balconies, the whole highlighting the works of our grandfather, a noted sculptor, and other artists.

Splendida e confortevole Suite situata in zona Lesna, di fronte alla fermata del Tram 15 che porta direttamente nel centro di Torino e al Politecnico. La Suite è molto comoda anche per il Parco Ruffini e per l'ospedale Martini, che si possono raggiungere con una breve camminata. La vicinanza alla fermata del Tram 15 e alle fermate del bus, permette di spostarsi facilmente in città, vivendo in un quartiere tranquillo e residenziale. Nella zona è possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente in strada.

We are within walking distance of the Royal Palace of Venaria. The apartment is composed as follows: living room with TV, double sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with walk-in closet. It is full of every comfort: 2 TVs, fast Wi-Fi network, dishwasher, washing machine, underfloor heating and air conditioning. Being in the center, we are in the ZTL area. Perfect for a cultural stay, a visit to the Mandria Park or the Allianz Stadium. Payment for the tourist tax is required on site.
