If you are thinking of staying here, do it! This is an amazing home and somehow even better in person. It’s very close to the train station (we walked it with a baby and luggage and had no issue. No steep incline and mostly paved). Jacuzzi spa, sauna and laundry in the basement. Tucked away on a quiet street but right in the middle of town (next to the oldest hotel in zermatt). Marc was extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. This spot is more of a 5 star hotel with the extra space and private amenities. We would come back in a heartbeat. Beyond impressed. There’s a reason why the reviews are all glowing.

Wir hatten ein angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr schöne Lage mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge. Highlight ist der Jacuzzi auf der grossen Terrasse. Preis Leistung ist sehr gut, wir kommen gerne wieder.

this is a hit for a reason. the chalet is exactly how a chalet should be: a big shared living space with a wonderful panomaric view of the surroundings combined with cosy cocoony bedrooms with fantastic bedding and a great bathroom. top this up with an outdoor jacuzzi which works like a charm thank you Fabrice for trusting us with your home!

A really unusual and beautifully converted little mazot or chalet. Looks characterful and rustic on the outside but it was very modern and nicely kitted out on the inside. The space is tiny but we found it perfect for two. We were there in June so could enjoy sitting out on the terrace. We are both over 6ft so had to watch our heads in the bedroom which is in the eaves. We also found the stairs very steep and tricky so would caution people who are not very sure on their feet. One had to be very careful with middle of the night trips downstairs downstairs to the bathroom! Both the living room and the bedroom have a traditional unglazed window which is sealed by a large wooden door which it is brilliant to throw open to enjoy the mountain air, even when it's raining or snowing. Very atmospheric! The mazot is in a quite spot just on the edge of town but everything is 5 to 10 minutes walk away. There is even a japanese and also a savoyard restaurant a few minutes walk away.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying with Patrizia and Antonio, without a doubt the best hosts we’ve ever had on Airbnb. Great location right on the lake. Wonderful amenities. Directly across from the Villette VD train stop. The house was beautiful, clean, and felt like home. The views were amazing. My husband, myself, daughter and son in law had plenty of room. It was great to be able to have a full kitchen too. Incredible trip!! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This is a large Airbnb, which is fairly close to the train station in Zermatt, and the host was friendly, helpful, and responsive. The Airbnb is situated on the side of a large hill, which faces the Matterhorn. We had a beautiful view of the mountain every single day, and the dual lifts make it easy and convenient to get from town to the Airbnb. The only downside -- and it really wasn't much of a problem -- is that the Airbnb is located near the edge of town, and so it is about a 10 to 15-minute walk to the center of Zermatt where most of the restaurants are located. Regardless, if you have a large group, this makes for a good option. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Sehr schönes kleines Häuschen, alles was man braucht vorhanden. Netter Kontakt vor Ort. Ruhige Lage in den Bergen. Sehr erholsam und man kann trotzdem sehr viel erleben und unternehmen . Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen 👍

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und haben besonders den atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge genossen. Audrey und Vincent sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Das Studio ist super ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit der Familie. Die Unterkunft ist herausragend und ist etwas sehr Besonderes. Es fehlt hier an nichts. Der Blick auf den Mont Blanc aus dem Chalet, sowie die Möglichkeit direkt von der Unterkunft die vielen Wanderwege zu nutzen, sind spektakulär. Vincent ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber. Ich spare hier bewusst nicht mit Superlative. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir freuen uns in Zukunft wieder zu Gast bei Vincent zu sein.

Marie-Cecile and Tomas were such lovely hosts and they obliged certain extra requests to make our stay extremely comfortable. The village is beautiful, well connected and has plenty to do if you like hiking and absorbing the views. A great place to soak in nature, very comfortable for 3 people. An absolutely wonderful place—we highly recommend it for any type of getaway! But what truly makes it special is the host, Marcel. He is an amazing person—kind, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. He personally greeted us upon arrival and was always ready to help, making us feel completely at home. The view is simply breathtaking—you are right at the foot of the mountain, and you can admire it almost straight from your bed. The apartment has everything you need, and the cleanliness is impeccable. It’s clear that Marcel puts a lot of care into this place, and that’s exactly why you’ll want to return again and again. We had a really nice stay at Janine's place. The check-in instructions are clear, the house located in a scenic location with easy connection to public transportation. The settings in the house is cozy and thoughtful, we enjoyed making breakfast and dinner in the well equipped kitchen. The interior and furniture in the room makes you feel like home. Not to mention the fantastic mountain view out of the window! We would definitely recommend this fantastic house!

What an amazing place, complete with everything you could possibly need, and the best host, Bendrie - whose warm smile and friendly demeanor invites you to feel immediately at home. Mimi the cat also helped with that. The space was more than enough for 3 couples to share, buy we were only 3 in total so we enjoyed spreading out and soaking up the views from the balconies. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend the hike to Lac Taney as well, which is conveniently on your doorstep. Also, loved the drive up and down the mountain. A perfect experience for my sister and niece to experience Switzerland for the first time. Truly unforgettable.

La casa di Nicole, genuina e caratteristica, fa vivere l'esperienza di una vera casa di campagna Svizzera. Lei è suo marito sono estremamente gentili e generosi, mettendosi a disposizione per accontentare l'ospite. La posizione è ottima perché in un punto tranquillo, arioso e facilmente raggiungibile e comodo per visitare i dintorni, molto interessanti anche per chi non fa trekking. E poi che meraviglia le loro pecore e la piccola Fleur, un simpatico agnellino, molto socievole e birichino.

Absolutely perfect Swiss chalet tucked away on the edge of the village. Stunning view of the 3 mountains, and well placed for various local walks as well as excursions further afield. Liza looked after us extremely well, always on hand for any problems (there were none!) or to help with any queries, and always with such good humour. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Super week-end prolongé chez Amandine. Le chalet est confortable et convivial. Le bain nordique est un plus. Les randonnées aux alentours sont très belles ! Un petit havre de paix !

We had a wonderful stay at Katya's place! Since it’s the house where she lives, it felt very cozy and like a real home. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes from the train station, making it super easy to visit nearby cities like Montreux and Lausanne. Communication with Katya was very smooth, she was always friendly and helpful. We left already wanting to come back!

Very nice apartment with a lovely big living room and large windows. Well equipped, clean and tidy. A short walk to the Argentiere lifts, all important boulangerie and restaurants in the village. Justin was very helpful but not over the top. Recommended.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans l’appartement de Christoph. Les remontées mécaniques sont assez proches tout comme les commerces et les restaurants. L’appartement était parfait pour deux adultes et un enfant. La piscine chauffée était très agréable le soir après une journée de ski. Un grand plus pour l’appartement. Nous reviendrions volontiers passer quelques jours à Zinal dans l’appartement de christophe. Nous le recommandons.

Logement bien situé et très bien équipé. Belle maison avec un magnifique jardin ainsi qu'une très belle vue. L'arrivée est flexible et facile, Corinne est très sympathique et accueillante, nous recommandons son logement.

Excellent logement, emplacement idéal. Merci à Odile et Jeanne pour leurs gentillesses. La literie est de qualité et le cadre est très paisible tout en étant très proche des commodités. Quant à la vue, elle est vraiment superbe, ce qui permet un dépaysement total même à l’intérieur. Merci nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
