Trevlig lägenhet med egen ingång i en villa. Modernt kök, badrum med dusch och tvättmaskin. Precis utanför dörren finns en liten uteplats med trevlig utsikt över dalen ned mot Sävedalen. Eget gäst-wifi ingår liksom tv samt ett ljudsystem från Sonos. En promenad på ca 5-10 minuter tar dig ner till Sävedalens köpgata med olika butiker och ett flertal restauranger. På ungefär samma tid tar du dig till busshållplats för vidare färd mot Göteborg. En taxi till centrala Göteborg kostar ca 150-300 kr

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Casa Oliva - det finaste vi har byggt! Huset ligger centralt i Mölndal, i ett lugnt villaområde, nära Göteborg. Vårt nya Attefallshus på 30 m2 som heter Casa Oliva, är ett väldigt hemtrevligt litet hus som byggdes 2021 och är i superfint skick. Passar bl.a. dig som reser ensam, alt. er som besöker Göteborg på en par-weekend eller längre semester, eller den mindre familjen (2 vuxna, 2 barn). Eget hus i lummig villaträdgård i trevliga Sävedalen , strax öster om Göteborg. På 10-15 min med buss är man inne i centrala Göteborg samtidigt som det är ca 1km till Skatås/Delsjöns rekreationsområde med löpspår och badsjöar. Härifrån är det också smidigt att ta sig till caféer, matbutiker, restauranger och köpcentrum. Ett perfekt boende i en lugn miljö men ändå med närhet till allt.
