Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. This guest house has an exclusive location with its own bathing path (200 m) down to Finnsjön, where a rowing boat is also included. There are nice swimming areas, exercise trails, illuminated trails, outdoor gym, cycling and hiking trails, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts! Only 15 minutes by car into central Gothenburg. You live in a newly produced house of 36 sqm with room for 2-4 people and your own private, furnished patio. Coffee, tea and muesli/flakes are included. During the high season May-September, only reservations for a minimum of 2 people are accepted.

Nice apartment with private entrance in a villa. Modern kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Just outside the door there is a small patio with nice views of the valley down towards Sävedalen. Private guest wifi is included as well as TV as well as a sound system from Sonos. A walk of about 5-10 minutes will take you down to Sävedalen's shopping street with different shops and several restaurants. At around the same time, you can reach the bus stop for a further journey towards Gothenburg. A taxi to central Gothenburg costs about SEK 150-300

Upper Järkholmen

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. If you want to experience Gothenburg city instead and maybe ride the Valkyrie at Liseberg or visit Alfons Åberg's cultural center, you can get to the city in about 25 minutes by public transport. Here you live comfortably and child-safe and can enjoy all the wonderful things that Gothenburg has to offer.

My place is right on the beach, in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the proximity to nature and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) .The cottage is about 30 square meters and associated sauna cabin with shower, toilet, and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Great opportunities for fishing, motorboat to hire!

Newly refurbished penthouse apartment with very high standard. With a big enough living room to fit both a dining table and sofa this is an apartment designed for socializing. This cozy tiny house is located in Utby in northeastern Gothenburg, close to the vibrant city center as well as beautiful nature. It has its own bathroom and the ability to cook simple meals. A small barbeque is available as well. The place is suitable for 1-2 people, but can accommodate more. Facing a large yard with apple and plum trees as well as berry bushes makes it the perfect getaway place all year around.
