We welcome you to "La Coustiero" in our wonderful old village of Sauzet at the foot of the church, which will offer you a panorama ranging from the 3 beaks to the Mont Ventoux. This peaceful accommodation consists of a queen size bed and a sofa bed for one person (or 2 children), a bathroom, and a living room/kitchen area. Close to all amenities (bakery, butcher, supermarket, tobacco...) and 10 minutes from Montélimar. Please note: there is no air conditioning in hot weather.

Cozy studio located on the 1st floor of a small building with ramp, in the city center of Montélimar, a few steps from the pedestrian street Pierre Julien and the historic castle. Ideal for a couple, a student or a business trip. The accommodation has a 140 × 200 bed and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and Tassimo coffee maker. Bed linens and towels are provided. Train station 7 minutes' walk, supermarket 30 seconds. Baby cot & high chair available on request.

Our charming apartment, just renovated and decorated by an architect, is equipped with new furniture and can accommodate 2 travelers, or even 4 with its convertible sofa. Comfortable and stylish, it is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Montélimar and will be entirely at your disposal. On the ground floor of the house, you will have access to the garden as well as the (unheated) pool. This cozy apartment is ideal for your tourist or business stays. Pets are welcome!

Whether you want to relax in a peaceful setting or discover the Saoû forest, the 3 Croix gîte is for you. At the foot of the Roche Colombe, in an area of 7 hectares, the cottage is integrated into a pretty stone house. After a walk in a beautiful oak forest still sheltering some remains of the Chatelard, you will reach the site of the 3 crosses, which gave its name to our cottage. From there, you will have breathtaking views of the Vercors and the Rhone Valley.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.
