Come and relax at the Kassydy gîte, a warm detached house with terrace, jacuzzi and an amazing view of the surrounding countryside. Quiet, not overlooked and equipped with 7 beds. About 15 km from the highway exits of Lezoux (63) and Thiers Ouest (63), the gîte is located in the village of Sermentizon in the Livradois Forez Nature Park and about 45 minutes from the Auvergne Volcanoes Park and Clermont-Ferrand.

Located on the ground floor, on the Thiers/Ambert departmental road, ideal for a stopover, for travelers, workers or visitors. Not suitable for a vacation stay. Totally independent, it includes a living room with dining area and lounge, and an equipped kitchen for 6 people. The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed, a sleeping area with bunk beds, a small bedroom with a 2-seater sofa bed (real mattress) and a bathroom. Access possible to the shared garden.

You can also enjoy the largest mountain bike area in France (Massif des Bois Noirs mountain bike area).
