The house is located on the road that leads to the Venice refuge, where there is access to the summit of Mount Pelmo, standing at 3,168 meters. From here, on clear days, you can see the Venice lagoon. For those who cannot climb, there is a trail that goes around the mountain.

My place is close to beautiful panoramic views of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, family activities in the Kral Ladin recreation center where in the winter there is a beautiful skating stadium, 3Zinnen dolomiten ski area 5 minutes (by car) from the apartment, various ethnographic museums.
