135 m² house on a 2,000 m² enclosed wooded plot, with an 8 × 4 saltwater swimming pool, electric curtains, heated to 28°C from May to mid-October (depending on the weather), and a Jacuzzi heated to 38°C. There is a large living room with an open kitchen overlooking the outdoor terrace and pool. It includes three bedrooms, one with a dressing room and the other two with closets, a bathroom, an office and a storage room. Ideal for enjoying convivial moments.
