We had a wonderful stay in Vanessa's beautiful cottage. Everything was clean, well presented and it felt very comfortable. We had everything we needed to enjoy our time here. The location was perfect for a cosy and peaceful getaway. Thank you. We would happily stay again.

Lovely studio with great host. Amy went above and beyond with her hospitality. We had everything we needed in hand, the bed was super comfy and the towels were extra soft! Good location to explore the Lake District, didn’t take us much longer than an hour to travel wherever we went. Definitely recommend!

A gorgeous bolt hole for three weeks of blissful walks and peace. The private access to the lake was great for us as swimmers; easy to get home and warm up! I really liked the laundry room after our walks - could was and dry clothes really easily. Comfortable bed, kitchen perfect for self catering and relaxing sofa and tv and bath at the end of the day.

Glen and Gesine went out of their way to make us feel at home. We let them know in advance that we were travelling with a two year old and they kindly provided us with a high-chair and stair gate to help our little boy enjoy his holiday as much as we did! Glen was fabulous at showing our little boy around and even got cuddles from him (a rare thing!) so a testament to how lovely he is! The cottage was situated perfectly between Windermere and Coniston and so we managed to pack a lot into our visit (come rain or shine!)
