Zur Anlage gehört ein eigener Seezugang mit großzügiger Liegefläche, Umkleiden, Duschen und WCs. Zur freien Nutzung ist ein Paddelboot für 2 Personen vorhanden. Das Apartment verfügt über eine vollständig eingerichtete Küche, Wohn- und Essbereich mit Balkon, ein Schlafzimmer (4 Personen), Foyer und Bad mit Dusche.

On 55m² you will find a bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and a 20m² terrace with a fantastic view of Lake Ossiach and the Gerlitzen Alpe. The flat is suitable for up to 4 people and invites you to relax or enjoy an active holiday.

But also the rest of the year is good for hiking around the mountain of Gerlitzen with its romantic huts. The "Kanzelbahn" (cable car) brings you directly to the nice "Ossiacher" lake. Your car is save an snow free at the private indoor parking.
