Each villa boasts a private pool, blending modern amenities with natural beauty. The interiors are elegant, with spacious, well-equipped rooms and incredibly comfortable beds. The exceptional service truly stood out. The staff, especially Fai and Zen, were extraordinarily accommodating, ensuring all needs, including food, drinks, and laundry, were met with excellence. Given the remote location, I recommend arranging transfers or renting a car for ease of access. Lounging by the pool was the epitome of relaxation, offering a peaceful respite from daily life. A Perfect Stay with an Amazing Host Our stay at this villa was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, the host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. The villa itself was stunning—exactly as depicted in the photos, if not better. It was spotless and beautifully maintained. The pool and outdoor area were cleaned daily, which made it a perfect space to unwind and relax without any worries.

merci a hara et Paul qui m'ont accueilli comme si j'étais chez moi. jai passé un long séjour chez vous avec ma compagne et nous avons étais ravis. le staf très accueillant et toujours disponible. l'appartement étais très bien équipée nous avons souvent cuisiner et mangé sur le balcon. encore merci Paul et hara pour le déjeuner que vous nous avez offert pour Noël .Paul et hara vous êtes vraiment super ne changez pas et a très bientôt pour un prochain séjour je l'espère. encore Merci beaucoup

The location is relatively quiet, and the room has good natural lighting. All the basic amenities are present in the room. The beach is a short walk away, and there are a lot of shops nearby.

The place is very comfortable, have a beautiful view to the sea, spacious, nice, convenient. Great spot. The neighborhood is very nice, the restaurants are fantastic. Important to mention that Jimmy's Surf Kitchen serves the best chicken schnitzel in Thailand!!! James the host was friendly and gave me accurate informations, replied fast to my messages, questions. During my stay Suzanne the manager and Jimmy helped me in everything I need help with. Really kind hosts. I'm very thankful!

I really enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo! The view was amazing!! I would definitely stay there again next time I’m in Pattaya. Absolutely loved the condo and the host was super nice and sweet 😊

Lenas place is wonderfull, This community is very well looked after , Clean , lots of green space for walking around , also very family friendly . I would highly recommend this place . What was so awsome the swimming pool was right outside our door. Lena has equipped her resident for long term stay as we were there for 3 months. When we had any querstion for info Lena looked after any problem immediately . The only downside would be that you are a little far away from Lena should be on the list as a supper hosts Thanks again When we come back this way we will definitely still here again.

I stayed with kids, and we had a great time ! It's just as described, very convenient with all the amenities and 711s. The kids loved the pool and slide. The place really has everything you need ! The host was super responsive and helpful. The only thing is that Jomtien beach is not very clean, but you can visit Sai Kaew beach nearby which is amazing !

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Namthip’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—walk in to the private beach and attractions, yet quiet enough for a relaxing getaway. Namthip was an exceptional host, quick to respond to any questions and incredibly welcoming. The little touches, like a thoughtfully curated welcome basket and clear check-in instructions, made the experience even better. The bed was super comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable—perfect for both work and streaming. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to come back myself!

Room area is very big, very clean and sea view room. We can see sunset from the outdoor balcony. This trip made our good memory family trip. Thank you for the superhost.

The apartment is so peaceful and it is a great opportunity to discover other places surrounded by nature and theme parks around Pattaya. I extended my stay and I loved. The apartment is clean and there is no clutter. Jarvis' team is friendly and very efficient. The building also is clean and very safe. The pool and the gym are available and very nice to try. I really enjoyed my stay and I made a good use of the rooftop and the swimming pool. Thank you Jarvis for being a great host. I recommend this place 100%

I stayed at the Condo 30 days. During all this time it was a quiet location and a very clean place. All the promised items that appear in the website, are indeed exists. The Wi-fi was perfect, the kitchen was well furnished. The Condo staff were great, and all my 5-6 requests were solved by Nikita (The direct manager of my Condo) very quickly and politely. 1 important thing that I can recommend for future guests who intend to be here for more than a week, motorbike is not enough. You should have a car.

Well maintained and cleaned unit. Good size smart TV. Got a special introduction deal, so excellent price quality. Comfy bed and side bench. Highly recommended for a couple of days to several weeks.

Наталья is a great host. I did not end up staying at her place for logistical reasons and Наталья was very attentive and kind throughout. I’m sure anyone staying at one of her apartments will be very pleased with her hosting.
