The exceptional service truly stood out. The staff, especially Fai and Zen, were extraordinarily accommodating, ensuring all needs, including food, drinks, and laundry, were met with excellence. Given the remote location, I recommend arranging transfers or renting a car for ease of access. Lounging by the pool was the epitome of relaxation, offering a peaceful respite from daily life. The place is private, not far from the beach, 10 minutes walk away. Beautiful private crystal clear water beach.

For staying just out of the busy areas it’s a good compromise. Transport required. Kind helpful host with a comfortable villa and pool.

We have been at this wonderful place for a bit more then a month. The host was friendly and responsive to all requests. It’s a huge territory with beautiful greens and birds around you. The quiet sunrises and sundowns with clear sky and beautiful stars everyday. Every room has an AC/vents which makes the stay comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing, the house clean and tidy as well, the villa is being maintained all the time. Inside it fees like a family house which was perfect for us. Huge kitchen, bbq zone, sports zone and a terrace are the main points of interest. Nearest beach is 10minutes by car, the villa itself located in a peaceful and quiet village. There are several supermarkets and fruit points in a 1km around area. Thanks for this amazing place, we will try to come back soon)

A Perfect Stay with an Amazing Host Our stay at this villa was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, the host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. The villa itself was stunning—exactly as depicted in the photos, if not better. It was spotless and beautifully maintained. The pool and outdoor area were cleaned daily, which made it a perfect space to unwind and relax without any worries.

Our stay at Tatiana and Victor's villa was absolutely fantastic! The villa was spacious, comfortable, and had more than enough room for our family. The private swimming pool was a huge hit with our kids, they couldn’t get enough of it! Tatiana and Victor were wonderful hosts. Anytime we had a question or needed something, they were just a phone call away and always quick to help. When we mentioned that we found the bed a little too firm, Tatiana went out and bought us a bed topper, which was such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more comfortable. Vinsent was also fantastic; he was a great help with our move and accommodating all of our requests with ease. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. The place is clean and accurate. We love karaoke, pool, and slide. The host is responsive and helpful. It's perfect for a weekend getaway and a party with friends.

They arrived in June 2015 with their wife and grandson(3 people), they say in the rainy season. The rains were 3 times in almost 12 days and then at night, it was very hot,although it was cloudy during the day but they managed to burn out (very carefully). Konstantin organized a transfer from the airport. We were met at the airport( thanks to the driver and our guide Dima) were delivered to the place. Konstantin (the host) greeted us hospitably,escorted us to the house ,which everything was missing immediately. The house in which we were accommodated was just wonderful (3 floors, 3 bedrooms, all the amenities(washing machine ) huge hall,kitchen (you can cook yourself or go to "Tuk Tuk" to eat or have dinner in the city ) Although before that we booked the apartment, for us it was of course a gift. It turned out that the apartment was occupied,but even this is for the best. The apartment is also very good but much smaller. Very quiet, thesea is nearby,nice clean pool . If you are traveling with a child, then he will not be bored there,many children of Russians, you can go for a walk on the territory (everything is guarded,someone else will not pass). Tours can be ordered everywhere in the city (we turned to Dima and he took us wherever we wanted, of course for "baht" ). Everything is inexpensive,fruits are on every corner. Very tasty food in the fish market is not far from the cottage, 3 stops on "Tuk Tuk" In general, probably next year there is also a companion..

Sutira was a great host! if you wanted anything from the store she had someone get it for you. you could order food from the neighbor across the street as well! this was such a great experience! you never have to leave if you don't want to!

The hosts were kind, hospitable, helpful with everything. Spacious, clean, well-equipped space The room is clean, playing level up a few stairs, not too high, comfortable parking for 2 cars. Plates, bowls, cups, spoons, pots, rice cookers, electric stoves are more than comfortable guests. Towel, shampoo, body wash, no hairdryer. Carry it yourself. Tea, coffee, hot water packets, Eurocustard for a light breakfast, cook just like home, perfect for families, groups of friends. There is an en-suite bathroom with two bedrooms and one downstairs. There is also a pool area. There is a dining area outside the house, but I like to go on hot days, so I choose to sit in the house cold.

It’s great place to chill with family .That would be great if check out time is 12 pm instead of 11.

Everything in the house is great. Each room house is beautiful. The living room area is very luxurious. The pool is good. It may look deep for young children. There is a medium sized Riley snooker table. Fully equipped. The lighting system is very good. What may need to be more is a grill. It can be an electric stove or a charcoal grill with a small amount of cutlery. Everything else is very good, especially the check-in and check-out time.

I was the first guest to stay in this lovely accommodation. First let me say that the house is large and comfortable, there isn’t anything tiny about it. Everything is brand new and they have everything that you can think of in the house, including fans and an air purifier. The air conditioning works very well and keeps you cool. Internet works perfectly as does streaming on Netflix. There are several walkable restaurants nearby and the neighborhood is nice. The host is a very lovely woman as I got to meet her and her husband. This is very close to the airport and is the best deal in the area. I would book again in an instant. Owner is friendly and productive for service he flexible check-in & check-out. This house is clean and a lot of equipment for cooking. It's quiet and relaxing you can enjoy the time every moment at this home. 🏠 We're recommending. The landlord is quite attentive to the tenants and is friendly. Flexible in check-in and check-out. There are plenty of cooking utensils.

Very nice resort style accommodation. We had a mid terrace unit with downstairs kitchen and lounge and 2 bedrooms with en-suites. 2 terraces and a nice view of the pool. Staff were nice and friendly and sorted out a couple of niggles we had on arrival without any trouble. It’s away from the main tourist areas of Pattaya and Jomtien but if you don’t mind a 15 minute scooter ride and prefer the quieter life. This will be ideal. It does have the advantage of being very close to temple, Buddha mountain, aquaverse water park and Nong Nooch Gardens which are all worth a visit.
