Beautiful home in a nice, secure private location with a private pool that has jacuzzi jets and perfect surroundings. This wonderful Thai style villa is spacious, immaculate and very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. The Glass House and Cave beach food and entertainment complexes are a 5 minute drive around the corner, and the Pattaya Floating Market is a 10 minute drive away. It is also a short 10-15 minute drive away from Jomtien Beach and all the activities and restaurants it offers. Perfect location to spend a wonderful location with family and\or friends. We’ll definitely look to stay here again and again.

A Perfect Stay with an Amazing Host Our stay at this villa was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, the host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. The villa itself was stunning—exactly as depicted in the photos, if not better. It was spotless and beautifully maintained. The pool and outdoor area were cleaned daily, which made it a perfect space to unwind and relax without any worries.

In addition to the ants and mosquitoes, the environment, comfort, room are fully equipped, making my family very relaxing😎

We have been at this wonderful place for a bit more then a month. The host was friendly and responsive to all requests. It’s a huge territory with beautiful greens and birds around you. The quiet sunrises and sundowns with clear sky and beautiful stars everyday. Every room has an AC/vents which makes the stay comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing, the house clean and tidy as well, the villa is being maintained all the time. Inside it fees like a family house which was perfect for us. Huge kitchen, bbq zone, sports zone and a terrace are the main points of interest. Nearest beach is 10minutes by car, the villa itself located in a peaceful and quiet village. There are several supermarkets and fruit points in a 1km around area. Thanks for this amazing place, we will try to come back soon)

Chitiphat was a great host. pros - close to the beach (2-3 minute walk) complimentary water/beverage and snack pool behind the building ample storage for belongings cons - bed is a bit on the stiffer side no hot water no wifi

The exceptional service truly stood out. The staff, especially Fai and Zen, were extraordinarily accommodating, ensuring all needs, including food, drinks, and laundry, were met with excellence. Given the remote location, I recommend arranging transfers or renting a car for ease of access. Lounging by the pool was the epitome of relaxation, offering a peaceful respite from daily life. Beautiful villa just 15min away from Wonderfruit festival. The outdoor space is great with a nice large table to eat and nice plants/trees. The rooms and living room are also very clean and well furnished. Beds aren’t super comfortable but other than that we would definitely book this place again if we were going to wonderfruit !

For staying just out of the busy areas it’s a good compromise. Transport required. Kind helpful host with a comfortable villa and pool.

The hosts were kind, hospitable, helpful with everything. Spacious, clean, well-equipped space The room is clean, playing level up a few stairs, not too high, comfortable parking for 2 cars. Plates, bowls, cups, spoons, pots, rice cookers, electric stoves are more than comfortable guests. Towel, shampoo, body wash, no hairdryer. Carry it yourself. Tea, coffee, hot water packets, Eurocustard for a light breakfast, cook just like home, perfect for families, groups of friends. There is an en-suite bathroom with two bedrooms and one downstairs. There is also a pool area. There is a dining area outside the house, but I like to go on hot days, so I choose to sit in the house cold.

What a great stay with Boonthida. The place is on the outskirts of Pattaya, a very peaceful stay away from the hustle of the city. the pool is great and the house is very spacious with 3 bedrooms. would highly recommend to anyone wanting a nice relaxing stay!
