VILLA AGNESE Villa Agnese is within walking distance from the historical centre of Sarnano, one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Italy. Its privileged location, 530 metres above sea level, in the Sibillini National Park, offers stunning views of the surrounding village and hills. The centre can be reached in five minutes and a large variety of delicious specialties can be found at the local stores. For those who prefer relaxing in the shade of a luscious garden, there are games such as a ping-pong table, foos-ball, and a barbecue where you can enjoy all kinds of meat or vegetables available at the local market or in the many butcher’s in the village. In the villa, which has been recently restored in the style of an old country house dating back to the beginning of the nineteenth century, comprises two identical large apartments (170 sq. meters wide), located at ground and first floor. In each flat all modern facilities are available, and the spacious dining room (85 sq. metres wide) from where you have direct access to the garden (ground floor) or a wonderful view of the village, is ideal for big groups or large families (up to 10 people) wanting to experience the beauties of this oasis of quietness. Sarnano and its close back country are offer a large variety of cultural, artistic, culinary, and sport events. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! This is the most beautiful place with incredible surroundings. So very peaceful and every detail has been thoughtfully planned. You could easily spend a week relaxing and exploring the area. The mountains and river below are amazing and the view from the rooftop is breathtaking. The owner brought us a basket of fresh fruits and tomatoes to enjoy- so very kind and special. We hope to come back here soon!!!!

Casa Santo Stefano, panoramic view, swimmingpool

We had a lovely stay at Benjamin’s house with a family of 7 people, including 3 kids. The view is amazing and calming, very nice pool. We were there in august in the middle of the hot season and it felt very not that hot there, so we spent lots of time outside. Some nice restaurants Benjamin recommended are really not far and in very cute and beautiful little towns, that we enjoyed exploring. We had a few issues during our stay, but Benjamin immediately helped us to solve everything. Highly recommend this house for easy and relaxing stay.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato esattamente ciò che cercavamo: una vacanza all'insegna del relax e della natura. L'alloggio, immerso nel verde, è stato perfetto per noi e per la nostra cagnolina, che ha apprezzato tantissimo lo spazio esterno. Abbiamo amato in particolare la piccola loggia, ideale per colazioni tranquille e serate rilassanti, godendoci l'atmosfera serena e la vista. Valentina e la sua famiglia sono stati degli host eccezionali, estremamente accoglienti e disponibili fin dal primo contatto. Ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa e la comunicazione è stata sempre impeccabile. L'alloggio era pulito, piccolo ma confortevole e rispecchiava perfettamente la descrizione, fornendo tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. La posizione è ideale per chi cerca pace e tranquillità, con la possibilità di fare passeggiate e immergersi completamente nella bellezza del paesaggio marchigiano.

Our Dream in the Magic Mountains

ottima l'accoglienza di Michela ed il co host Gianni che ci hanno aiutato a prendere possesso consapevole della casa e degli spazi utili esterni. varia e numerosa dotazione di materiali da bagno e da cucina da consumo ottimo il funzionamento di gas, luce, riscaldamento H2O vista della catena dei Sibillini, del monte Piselli e del Gran Sasso zona tranquillissima con ottima aria e base per escursioni M.te Sibilla, Lago di Pilato, gole dell'infernaccio, eremo di San leonardo, e visita al Santuario Madonna dell'Ambro, ecc. possibilità di utilizzo di piscina per adulti e bambini a circa 700 ml. dalla casa (a pagamento oggi 8 euro) nel complesso un'ottima esperienza di vita in una casa molto ben tenuta e godibile. grazie dell'opportunità . lamberto

Casa Margani, tra Sarnano e i Sibillini

Casa Margani è un luogo magico per godersi la pace della montagna. Ho trascorso un mese lì e mi sono sentita davvero a casa. Ha un giardino splendido, con querce e cedri, che regalano ombra, silenzio e freschezza. Da lì in 20 minuti di auto si sale a Pintura di Bolognola, da cui partono delle belle camminate per raggiungere alcune vette dei Sibillini, come Pizzo Berro, Pizzo Tre Vescovi e il monte Priora. Ma soprattutto, la casa è proprio sul percorso delle cascate perdute di Sarnano, per cui a piedi, in 20/30 minuti, si possono già raggiungere ben due cascate freschissime (le "Cascatelle" e le marmitte dell' Acquasanta). Infine, Tommaso è un ospite simpaticissimo, ultra disponibile e molto corretto. Tornerò sicuramente anche la prossima estate!
