Have fun finding all the details of the marine world in the rooms, then go out on the terrace and admire the blue of the water for yourself. On the first floor, there is a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace with a sea view. Downstairs, there is a double bedroom and a second bathroom. The house is the ideal solution for a couple with or without children who, thanks to the double bathrooms and the double sofa bed in the living room, can find a comfortable accommodation. The house is accessible via a short flight of about ten steps. I live a few steps from Alice's House and am available for any request or information. Discover the truest Liguria by immersing yourself in the life of a small fishing village a few kilometers from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, taste the gastronomic specialties of the Gulf of Poets, then take advantage of the nearby beach and enjoy moments of pure relaxation by the sea. Fezzano is located in the middle of the Provincial Road that connects La Spezia to Portovenere on a route of about 15 km and is connected to these two locations by public transport that runs about every half hour. From Fezzano, via La Spezia, the Cinque Terre, Lerici and the other towns of the Gulf of Poets are easily reachable by car or public transport. A few highway exits away on the A12 highway you can reach Sarzana, Forte dei Marmi and Versilia, Portofino. A parking garage has recently been built in the village with about 100 paid parking spaces (daily rate €10.00). A private garage adjacent to Alice's House is available at the usual price. Lovely 2 rooms apartment in ancient stone house, deep in the hills, only 10 minutes from the town of Sarzana and 20 minutes away from the beaches. The apartment has a private access and it's formed by a bedroom with a double bed on the lofted floor, a small but complete bathroom with shower and a living room with a sofa and a kitchenette on the ground floor. There is also an outside area where you can relax under the shade of a nice olive tree, enjoy breakfast outside or cook your own bbq.

The listing's frame and the listing are amazing! Beautiful views of the Alps and the accommodation a beautiful renovated old farmhouse! The pool is kept at a very good temperature which is really nice!!Martina's parents, who manage the accommodation and live next door, were really welcoming and spoke French very well! Which was really nice throughout the stay. The only small remark is that in view of the geographical location and the price of the accommodation it would have been nice to have the basic necessities (shower gel, shampoo, dishwashing liquid, sponge, garbage bag...) when you arrive. Plan all this when you arrive to enjoy your stay! Thank you for hosting us Massimo & Mari. 😍 We'll be back with pleasure!!
