We are the direct owners and this season we are announcing this exclusive, bright villa, fully renovated with unique views of the bay of Puerto de Sóller. Its location, between sea and mountain, makes it special. The exterior of the ground floor consists of a swimming pool with shower and several fully furnished terraces (with sun loungers, tables, chairs, barbecue, etc.). The house is divided into two individually equipped floors. For more than 5 guests, you can enjoy the two floors of the Villa.

Beach Villa on the sea

Beautiful villa with direct access to the sea situated on top of a small beach. It has 3 floors. The penthouse is a solarium where you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Port d'Andratx while sunbathing in hammocks. On the middle floor there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and a large terrace overlooking the sea where you can relax in the chill out area. Finally, on the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with sea views and a bathroom.

Renovated old house (old defense tower S. century) and with many details in the historic center (Es Pantaleu), a very cosmopolitan and quiet area in the upper part of Andratx. It was carefully renovated to get the best views of the harbor from every room, trying to preserve the exterior aesthetics and maintaining the character of the house. It has a terrace with a barbecue, it has privacy. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room.

Cas Maridet is a house from 1878 renovated with natural materials such as chemical-free lime and northern wood. Amazing Luxury Finca - Can Jesús

Our charming countryside house has recently refurbished, equipped with all the luxury amenities and tastefully decorated. The house is located in S’Arraco (right between Andratx and San Telmo) and overlooks to beautiful Tramuntana Mountains. The short drive from the road to the house is a small piece not too narrow but curvy and a bit rough, but not difficult to drive. Our pool is 5m to 10m.
