Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Sarpy County

We really enjoyed our stay, the hosts were so wonderful and just that - great hosts! The kitchen was fully stocked with appropriate pots/pans and utensils, kids dishes/silverware, even some basics when it comes to seasonings. The place was very clean, even had some toys for our boys to play with and a pack n play. We appreciated the extra pillows and towels, blankets, in case we needed them. Communication was excellent as I frequently message them and they even helped accommodate an early check in within their control. This is an “off the beaten path” location away from the hustle and bustle of Omaha area but was peaceful, felt safe, and everything we did was within an easy 20 minute drive. You can tell Brandi & Dusty take their hosting seriously and do a wonderful job at it! Will remember this location for the future!

Jade’s place was beautiful, excellent amenities, helpful notes throughout the home, big fenced in backyard perfect for my dogs, super clean and tidy, and felt like home. We slept so well. A huge bonus for us was garage parking. Will definitely stay again anytime we pass through Nebraska!

This was by far our best Airbnb experience. The house was gorgeous and the property was private and more spectacular than the pictures convey. The hosts were thoughtful and even suggested a look out spot for an amazing sunset view. Our kids had a blast playing football in the yard and looking for fireflies at night. I would love to stay here again.

La Casita was great! For a family of 3 adults and two young kiddos, we had a very comfortable stay and plenty of amenities included. Having items like the pack and play, kids cups and silverware, and large bathroom space for bath time was really helpful. It was terrible hot while we were in Omaha, and the house was nice a comfortable all day long with the air conditioning and fans included. Comfortable beds and furniture. Very neat and clean, we greatly appreciated the welcome snacks and thank you card from the host. Would definitely recommend!! 😁

This really was a great space for a laid back retreat from the fun and sun of the College World Series. A short distance from Charles Schwab Field and Downtown whether you have a car or are using a rideshare, it worked well. Clean and plenty of room in a quiet neighborhood setting felt like home away from home. Shelby and Joseph were great, thoughtful hosts. Super responsive and helpful. They even had custom cookies made for our crew staying there, supporting the team we were rooting for! Nice touch and very thoughtful. We will be back.

This home was perfect for our annual multigenerational family vacation. We had eight adults and four children ranging in age from 76 years to 7 months, and the home accommodated all of us comfortably. It served as an ideal home base for exploring Omaha—everything we wanted to do was within about a 20-minute drive. The house is exceptionally well-equipped for families with young children. The spacious closets easily fit pack-and-plays, which was a huge plus since we have three little ones still in cribs. The master bedrooms are large enough to fit an entire family of four, allowing each child to have a private, quiet sleeping area. The Yellow Submarine room was a huge hit with our granddaughter—she absolutely loved it! It added a whimsical, fun touch that made her stay even more special. The private beach and lake were phenomenal. We loved playing sand volleyball and made good use of the kayaks and grill provided—it was a highlight of our stay. Rachel, the host, was extremely respon

The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. We loved the privacy the basement entry provided. Everything was very convenient. The kitchen had everything needed to cook full meals. We were able to leave without any dirty laundry thanks to the washer/dryer. The two smart TVs functioned perfectly. 10/10

We were just passing through for a night on our way from Colorado to Illinois. It worked great for what we needed! The night that we were there the bedroom had gotten pretty warm, so we ended sleeping on the day bed in the living room, no complaints! Jonathan made check in very accessible and easy. Not the best water pressure in the shower, but it’s an old house and that’s no fault of the host. It was super close to downtown so that was great for our adventures the next day! Conveniently located just off the highway (perfect for our late night check in) but far enough that you didn’t hear the cars. Defiantly a great option in my book!

Perfect stay for me! Not too far off hwy, quiet home, lovely apt and spot-on for all needs! Welcoming apt and hosts, dark/quiet bedroom with great bed for a challenged sleeper! Definitely a great find that I will revisit if travel takes me there! Thank you!

It was a lovely peaceful place for a great price. Ruben had very clear instructions and responded right away when I had a question. I appreciate the attention to detail in things like nice tile work in the kitchen and bathroom. I would stay here again.

This place was great, we came to omaha for my birthday. It was very close to the gardens and the old market. They had great suggestions for food. The apartment was very clean and spacious, easy to find. The bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed a couple drinks on the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean. The location is convenient and just a short drive from all the fun. Host was friendly and clear with instructions and had recommendations for things to do. This place was perfect for just my husband and I for a long weekend. Would recommend!

If you're looking for a quiet yet interesting small town to visit for a few days, Erin's place is the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the local pace of life. The apartment offers ample space for a family, and it's clear that Erin has thoughtfully considered the needs of travelers. It's comfortable, conveniently located, and tastefully decorated. Erin has also made provisions for pets, and the place is spotless.

I’ve never stayed at another air b&b where the host was truly the most accommodating and kind and thoughtful. The place has everything you need and more. Perfect place to go if you have kids or going to a World Series game. And there are lots of snacks and goodies upon your arrival which are so nice if you’ve been traveling all day. My son loved these Asian candies and she even sent me the link where we can buy them. The condo is so spacious and clean and beds are comfortable even the couches. For the price and location this place is an absolute steal! If you’re looking to stay in Omaha this is a gem!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! I loved the condo and felt right at home immediately. Everything was pristine. I loved that we were walking distance from so many amazing restaurants and pubs. This is one of my fav neighborhoods in Omaha. Mason and Lauren were so responsive and it was so appreciated. Especially because we booked this the day before arriving.
