Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great stay. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

A small, fine rustico. Great well-kept garden with beautiful views. The apartment is sparkling clean, the kitchen has everything you need. A beautiful place for rest and relaxation. Fausto is a reserved, helpful host. We felt very comfortable.

We were hosted very well by Ilaria and her mom. The explanations were perfect and complete. The accommodation was as described, large, clean, quiet and well-equipped. The surrounding area is gorgeous. thanks for everything.

Elena was very punctual and precise in giving me the right directions to find the accommodation, which is located in the heart of Umbria and in a pleasantly isolated and therefore quiet area. The house was clean and tidy and matched with the photos . Various directions from the host inside the apartment made the night simple. A note of merit for the presence of a cabinet where we found books, comics , but also crayons and sheets for children to have fun. Elena also showed us a small restaurant in the area where we had a great dinner Finally, I recommend the apartment as a base to visit the many attractions of the area.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Elisabetta is an incredibly warm and hospitable woman. Our breakfast each morning prepared by her wonderful son was a beautiful was to start each day. Her B&B is the perfect respite! We will return!

We spent 8 nights in this beautiful cottage surrounded by olive trees, with a spectacular view and convenient to reach all points of interest in a short time! Raffaele was super helpful and gave us a lot of useful tips! We've never had such a kind host! Our vacation couldn't have been better! A little piece of our heart remained there ❤️

The house is nestled in a village rich in history, and you can walk to both the sea and the surrounding woods, taking beautiful walks. We were greeted by co-host Antonella who did her best to help us with our luggage (our car was too big and we were unable to enter the square in front of the house). The ground floor has undergone a conservative renovation that respected the original materials but ensured significant efficiency, new bathrooms, new kitchen, excellent heating considering the many rooms. The house is cozy, bright, spacious (three bedrooms and two bathrooms) and there are two beautiful terraces with an unparalleled sea view. We had a great time and really enjoyed life in the village.

We stayed at Dino‘s for two and a half weeks and enjoyed every moment of it. Our day consisted of grabbing an Italian breakfast at one of the nearby villages and towns, swimming in the pool, relaxing next to the pool and then relaxing again before either buying local produce for dinner (Dino has everything you need for a BBQ) or going to one of the excellent restaurants Dino recommended. Bedtime was always preceded by a dip in the pool from which we often star-gazed (we were there during the Perseid meteor shower). Our dog, Charlie, loved meeting Dino‘s dog, Toby, as well as the other dogs from the families that came to visit. Personally, I already miss waking up in morning to a glorious view of the sun coming up over Marche. Dino is an excellent host, very amiable and always there for his guests. You are in good hands with Dino.

Claire and Saura were great hosts who have created a house with just about everything you could want for a superb, calm and comfortable break in an oasis of rural bliss near Servigliano! Extraordinary views, lovely pool and welcoming hosts. We plan to go back!

The most beautiful agriturismo we have been to so far! The accommodation was perfect and the view from the terrace was simply fantastic. We were there by chance alone and really enjoyed it! Super many play opportunities for children, a vegetable garden, chickens, the pool and a wine cellar. We will be happy to come back! We were warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable. The description is exactly at the house. Lots of privacy. Fantastic view. Very clean and very friendly host. Warmly welcomed upon arrival and a clear explanation. There are two real booklets made with tips to do in the area. Furthermore, the private chef is highly recommended. Super good food and learned a lot about Italian cuisine. Patience with cooking is the magic word. Simple, but oh so tasty. Luca is a really friendly chef. The house is cozily furnished with all amenities. We were able to enjoy the garden and pool (partly because of the very nice weather). Despite the time of the year and water temperature 18 degrees, we regularly sat around the pool and were able to have a drink and swim. We can't wait to go again. We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Really lovely rustic house in a beautiful location amongst olive trees. Tamsin was a great host, promptly answering any queries we had and making good recommendations. Veg plot was a great bonus for easy salads on hot days! We had a lovely trip!

Amazing house in the Hills of Umbria. Weather was rainy so we didn’t get to experience the pool. But this house is cozy and very classic. Loved our stay. Hoping to come back in the future.

All NEW furnishings felt as if I was the first to ever stay there. The renovations of the apartment were so nicely done. The 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms were all spotless. Their cleaning folks do an absolutely incredible job, there was not one spec of dust to be found ANYWHERE. Large showers. Fully equipped kitchen (minus microwave). Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There are 3 separate balconies to enjoy the view from all angles. Best part of the place by far. Enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine at night (both kindly provided by host at check-in) while experiencing a panoramic view of both the sea and the mountains is really my picture perfect vacation getaway. I would 100% recommend and stay here again, this place is absolutely 5 stars!

I stayed at Chiara's for 3 nights, the house is well-maintained and comfortable, small but well-equipped, perfect for 2 people. I really appreciated the free parking a few steps from the house. We stayed at the “Il Selvaggio” apartment for the entire month of August and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment, inside a renovated villa in an enchanting and very evocative setting, is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. The house is beautiful, very clean, quiet and with a terrace and a magnificent view. Appliances, mattresses, pillows, bathroom, and furniture are chosen with great taste and functionality. The location also allows you to visit both the south of the Marche and the north of Abruzzo with ease. Supermarkets, ice cream parlors, restaurants are easily accessible. Teresa, her husband and children were very kind: they were very discreet people, but at the same time attentive to our needs and gave us a lot of useful advice. The garden produce was superb: tomatoes and salad with unique flavors. We hope to be able to return in the fall/winter!

We have had the privilege of staying in Dino's apartment. I find the accommodation homey and welcoming, everything was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our days in the apartment. Dino was an outstanding host in everything from the initial instructions on how to get there, where to find the parking, etc., until we left the apartment. He was reachable very quickly for questions. He also offered us to borrow bicycles so we could go a good bit south along the beach promenade. I would love to come back again.

A real corner of paradise; first of all the availability and kindness of Oriana who welcomed us in a house cared for in every detail, where there was no lack of comfort to spend a relaxing stay immersed in the Marche hills. A special thank you also from our dog who perhaps enjoyed the breakfasts in the beautiful garden more than anyone else.

Casa Margani is a magical place to enjoy the peace of the mountain. I spent a month there and really felt at home. It has a beautiful garden, with oaks and cedars, which give shade, silence and freshness. From there, in 20 minutes by car you can go up to Pintura di Bolognola, from where you start beautiful walks to reach some peaks of the Sibillini, Pizzo Berro, Pizzo Tre Vescovi and Mount Priora. But above all, the house is right on the path of the lost waterfalls of Sarnano, so on foot, in 20/30 minutes, you can already reach two very cool waterfalls (the "Cascatelle" and the muffins of the Acquasanta). Finally, Tommaso is a very nice guest, ultra helpful and very correct. I'll definitely be back next summer, too!

Excellent typical heart-shaped grandmother's cake that we found on our arrival, excellent mulled wine, fantastic swimming pool, the rooster's alarm clock led us every morning to a rural and relaxing life... a breathtaking view of the village and mountains and a spectacular orchard. Very cozy house in the middle of silence and nature, kept with care and attention to detail. Ideal for those who love to be in peace and out of the chaos. Host not met but timely and kind in communication. Recommended.
