Esther is a host who makes your stay very easy and very cozy to the point of not wanting to leave. It's not missing a detail.

This was our first time to Mallorca. We were very happy with Azure Seabreeze. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and safe. The rooftop is private and offers an amazing view of the bay in Colonie Sant Jordie and Cabrera island. Street parking is easy and free. Karlien and Stefanie were very communicative and helpful and check in was simple and easy. The town is very walkable with many good restaurant choices just outside the apartment door on the beach. The location is very convenient to the rest of the southern towns along the coast - an easy drive. We highly recommend taking a boat to Cabrera for a day since you are right there. There is great swimming and snorkeling on Cabrera. Santanyi is a 30 minute drive and worth the trip as are the local cove beaches nearby. Go early so you can park (like 0900). We will be back and highly recommend Azure Seabreeze as a rental.

Highly recommended for a Ballermann stay. No luxury but clean and sufficient for a Ballermann stay. Two balconies, one with a sea view. Clean bathrooms. Clean beds, squeak a little but you could sleep well. Highly recommended, would come back any time. The communication with Claudio also went smoothly, very nice and polite and always answered quickly. Thanks Claudio!

Place was in a great central location with everything you could ever need. Parking included and just a short walk away. Host was super friendly and accommodating. We loved our stay in Palma!

The apartment and location overlooking the beach was first class and exactly as described, the pictures didn’t do it justice. The apartment had everything you needed to make it home from home. Martina as host was brilliant, thoughtful very helpful and prompt with communication. All of this ensured myself and my family had a fantastic holiday, and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, in particular the balcony and wide open views from the living room which were superb.

Spacious, centrally located and a great affordable find in a high end destination such as Deia. Several large rooms in a classic Spanish style over two floors with a balcony, with everything you need to be comfortable. Great views of the town, mountains and even the sea. Near to bus stops and we were really impressed with the island bus service which met all of our travel needs - much easier than driving/parking. Kitchen was great for snacks and drinks. With loads of restaurants and bars nearby, we didn't bother with cooking. A very minor drawback, outside the hosts' control, was the location is on a busy corner of the road with lots of daytime traffic and footfall. Although you can hear beautiful live classical music in the evenings, there were also a few noisy wedding discos. Quiet on a night and able to sleep fine. Thanks for the bottle of wine.

Everything was very good. We had a problem with the washing machine, Miguel was pending at all times until the problem was resolved. The house is very nice, beautiful view. Highly recommended

We had an absolutely fantastic long weekend in Mallorca, largely thanks to Ed & Wayne’s wonderful apartment. It’s fully equipped with everything you could need and located in a truly stunning spot in Port de Sóller – waking up to the view over the bay was pure joy. Everything was perfectly taken care of, and communication was smooth and warm. Highly recommended!

It’s a beautiful apartment with gorgeous surroundings and beach! The place is tidy and clean. Definitely recommend it!

We had a great week’s stay at Domingos. He was extremely helpful in comms before we arrived and helped us bring our luggage up the stairs (60+!) which was a huge relief after a day of travelling and with a baby 😅. Drinks and snacks on arrival which was a nice touch. The house was bigger than expected and the view from the balcony was worth the price alone. Would highly recommend 👌

It is a nice place to stay, which is quietly located and yet everything in the village is easily accessible on foot. In 5 minutes you are in the harbor where there is also the possibility to go swimming. The apartment has everything you need, we felt very comfortable.

Marina was the most lovelies person and her apartments are extremely clean and well looked after. She goes above and beyond for her guests and was able to meet every need we had. She was extremely responsive and she arranged taxis for us to do activities while staying with her which was so much appreciated. The apartment is located in such a beautiful area with lots of things to do and restaurants to eat in. She provides lots of information about everything. The pool was perfect and clean and so lovely to be able to use. It is very private and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. She also allowed us to check in a bit earlier and ensured we had places to store luggage when waiting for our transfer to leave Majorca. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Everything's great, with mini minuscule smears! The apartment is right on the shopping mile with shops and restaurants, and yet you don't get much of the hustle and bustle (April/May). To the north you can walk to the coast in a few minutes - and a few more minutes later on a huge sandy beach! In the south you can be on the harbor promenade in 7-10 minutes, with a huge selection of restaurants! Here, too, there is a small bay with beach and crystal clear/turquoise blue water. To the small smears: The apartment is located between two roads that have longitudinal drain gates - and every time a car drives over it it it makes "klack-clack". That was a bit annoying in the morning. In addition, there is a glass container right next to the apartment, which you have also heard from time to time. At the beginning of the stay, you can expect a folder with many many rules, which I consider to be predominantly self-evident - however, it has been somewhat after "raised index

Michael and Vicky communicate quickly and kindly, and make sure everything is in order upon arrival and during your stay. The apartment has a great garden with wonderful swimming pool and is well located relative to all kinds of beaches, the harbor, other villages. The apartment itself has everything you need for a pleasant stay! The only downside was that the mattress and pillows of the bed were a little too soft (but is personal) and that the ventilation in the bathroom did not work super well (remained a little damp and musty after showering). But I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.

We enjoyed our stay at Mirjams apartment from the beginning to the very end of our stay. The beach is just a few steps away and the view from the balcony is great. The Jacuzzi on the rooftop is a highlight where we chilled out after our long walks on the beach. Can absolutely recommend Mirjam’s place 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
