Apartment vacation rentals in S'Arenal

We stayed in this flat for a week and it was absolutely beautiful. Everything was clean, and the location is perfect. You can sit on the balcony and enjoy the sea view, and the flat is really well-equipped – it has everything you need! All the utensils and items listed on Airbnb were there, just as described. The only thing to mention is the parking situation. There is a free parking area, but it’s very popular. Most of the time we were lucky and got a spot, but occasionally we had to park on the street, which was also quite full. All in all, it’s a wonderful place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Maria, die Hausbesitzerin, war super freundlich, gut gelaunt, kinderfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr zentrale Lage, und hat ein unbeschriebene Blick von der großartige Terrasse an Meer. Alles was man brauchen kann, gibt im Wohnung. Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Restaurant, Beach alles in 2-3 Minuten Nähe. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Gruß aus München.

Sehr schönes Haus in Top- Lage direkt am Strand! Super sauber, alles sehr gepflegt. Die Gärtner kommen drei Mal pro Woche, die Putzfrau ein Mal pro Woche . Separate Strom- Abrechnung sehr transparent und angemessen. Raquel war jederzeit kurzfristig erreichbar. Einziges Manko: WLAN nicht separat abschaltbar. Das heißt, Mikrowellen- Bestrahlung rund um die Uhr! Führt bei mir persönlich zu Kopfschmerzen, Schwindel, Blutdruckkrisen etc.. Laut Aussage der Vermieterin ist das WLAN unabdingbar für die Funktion der Haustechnik... Weiteres Problem: Die Druck- Wasserpumpe für Frischwasser im Keller ist dermaßen laut und schrill, dass man eigentlich in keinem Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoß schlafen kann. Die Poolpumpe in der Keller- Garage hört man gar nicht. Super! Es war nicht festzustellen, warum eine Wasserpumpe so laut sein muß, dass keiner schlafen kann! Nach 3 Tagen Qualen wurde festgestellt, dass die Garten- Leitung ein Leck hat,und deswegen unglaublich viel teueres Wasser verloren ist

Marina was the most lovelies person and her apartments are extremely clean and well looked after. She goes above and beyond for her guests and was able to meet every need we had. She was extremely responsive and she arranged taxis for us to do activities while staying with her which was so much appreciated. The apartment is located in such a beautiful area with lots of things to do and restaurants to eat in. She provides lots of information about everything. The pool was perfect and clean and so lovely to be able to use. It is very private and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. She also allowed us to check in a bit earlier and ensured we had places to store luggage when waiting for our transfer to leave Majorca. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Marina thank you so much. We will definitely be back ❤️

The apartment and location overlooking the beach was first class and exactly as described, the pictures didn’t do it justice. The apartment had everything you needed to make it home from home. Martina as host was brilliant, thoughtful very helpful and prompt with communication. All of this ensured myself and my family had a fantastic holiday, and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, in particular the balcony and wide open views from the living room which were superb.

I had a great time at this Airbnb. At first, I had issues with the machine but the host reached out and fixed it. The only negative thing I have to is about the towels. They were thin. Other than that, the apartment was very private and very close to some great restaurants and places to sight see as well as the beach. I would stay here again 10/10 times.

Die Wohnung war super, sehr sauber und an Einrichtung hat nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung kann man auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Leider hat die Umgebung nicht viel zu bieten. Da wir aber einen Mietwagen hatten, war es kein Problem - wir haben die Insel erkundet und die Nächte zum erholen in der Unterkunft genutzt, morgens Frühstück mit schönem Ausblick vom Balkon :)

Everything about our stay was top notch. I don’t think there’s anything that could have been better, or improved. We’ve already shared the details of the property with others. We’d also have no hesitation in coming back. Might hire a car next time to explore a bit further afield. All in all a superb place. Muchos gracias!

Appartement propre conforme à la description et très bien équipé. Nous avons passé un séjour agréable avec une très belle vue mer et une crique à 5 minutes a pied avec des eaux cristallines par beau temps.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich toll – sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders schön war die Terrasse, auf der man wunderbar entspannen kann. Der Check-in verlief super einfach und die Gegend ist sehr ruhig – perfekt zum Abschalten. Parken kann man auf der Straße, wenn man ein Auto gemietet hat. Man sollte jedoch darauf achten, nicht in gelben Zonen zu parken, da diese verboten sind. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind vor allem nach Mitternacht schwer zu finden, sodass man manchmal ein Stück weiter weg parken und ein bisschen laufen muss. Die Lage ist top – besonders Playa del Muro ist schnell zu erreichen und absolut traumhaft. Wir waren zu viert dort und alle sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Alles war wirklich perfekt – absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Morgens auf dem schönen Balkon zu frühstücken, war eines unserer Highlights! Dank der umfangreich ausgestatteten Küche kann man sich sehr gut selbst versorgen. Hilfreich waren auch vorhandene Sonnenschirme für den Strand. Die Lage ist super. In nur wenigen Metern ist ein Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei, Restaurants und der Strand inkl. Tauchschule erreichbar. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr schön angelegt, gepflegt und ruhig. Wir waren nun schon das 2. Mal bei Iris und hatten wieder einen tollen Urlaub!

Schöne Wohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick. Der Balkon ist definitiv das Herzstück der Wohnung. Wir waren 4 Wochen dort und haben uns schnell eingelebt. Die Nähe zum Strand ist grandios. Schönes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage. Ein Mietwagen ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Wirklich toller Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had the most wonderful time! The apartment is adorable, located easily to the main promenade and stunning views. It suited us perfectly and Magda thoughtfully added essentials we appreciate (plenty of clean towels, coffee, water, extra toiletries). Everything was clean and the room super quiet. Our only feedback is the mattress is quite soft, but we still slept very well. 10/10

Everything was great, the terrace (private) on the fith floor appartment, and the roof terrace when we stayed in the fourth floor appartment. Clean and bright and comfortable. Great cafe/restaurante in the square below, 'coto's cafe'. ... for both apppartments new shower heads and fitting on wall to direct the water, so you can at least have a decent shower, is important and inexpensive fix. Future reviewers comment please to try to get this done as i can see from past reviews its been just about the only gripe... Alles top, mit mini-winzigen Abstrichen! Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Shopping-Meile mit Shops und Restaurants, und dennoch kriegt man von dem Trubel nicht viel mit (April/Mai). Nach Norden ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß an der Küste - und ein paar weitere Minuten später an einem riesigen Sandstrand! Im Süden ist man in 7-10 Minuten an der Hafenpromenade, mit einer riesigen Auswahl an Restaurants! Auch hier gibt es Fussläufig eine kleine Bucht mit Strand und Kristallklarem/Türkisblauem Wasser. Zu den kleinen Abstrichen: Die Wohnung liegt zwischen zwei Straßen, die längs verlaufende Abflussgitter haben - und jedes mal wenn ein Auto darüber fährt macht es „klack-klack“. Das war morgens ab und zu etwas nervig. Außerdem steht direkt neben der Wohnung ein Glascontainer, den man auch ab und zu gehört hat. Zu Beginn des Aufenthalts erwartet einen eine Mappe mit vielen vielen Regeln, die ich für überwiegend selbstverständlich halte - es hat sich jedoch etwas nach „erhobenem Zeigefinge

Il manquait juste un sèche cheveux dans l’appartement mais sinon tout était parfait!!

Michael en Vicky communiceren snel en vriendelijk, en zorgen ervoor dat alles in orde is bij aankomst en tijdens je verblijf. Het appartement heeft een geweldige tuin met heerlijk zwembad en is goed gelegen ten opzichte van allerlei strandjes, de haven, andere dorpjes. Het appartement zelf heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijn verblijf! Het enige minpunt was dat het matras en de kussens van het bed wat te zacht waren (maar is persoonlijk) en dat de ventilatie in de badkamer niet super goed werkte (bleef wat lang vochtig en muf na het douchen). Maar ik zou het zeker aanraden en kom graag nog eens terug!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

Wir hatten zu dritt sechs wunderbare Tage in dem Appartement. Besonders hervorzuheben die wundervolle große Terrasse direkt am Strand. Taxi und Bus fast vor der Tür, Supermärkte ebenfalls. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank an David!

Matthias und Martin waren alle Zeit für uns erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort verlief problemlos. Der Check in war sehr flexibel und unkompliziert gestaltet. Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort waren super. Die Küche war standardmäßig mit Gewürzen und Wasser ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner standen vor Ort gegen kleines Entgelt zur Verfügung. Badezimmer war sehr sauber, Handtücher wurden vor Ort ausreichend bereit gestellt. Eine dritte Freundin besuchte uns zwischenzeitlich für einige Tage, auch dies abzuklären und zu organisieren war kein Problem. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen waren der Hammer. Martin gab uns zahlreiche Tipps für Restaurants im Dorf sowie Trip und Ausflugsziele in Palma sowie in allen Hinmelsrichtungen auf der Insel.

The apartment was very nice and spacious with everything required for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy. The location was perfect. We would very highly recommend this place.
