The Rusty Brick Studio

Come relax at this unique, cozy studio and enjoy a quiet farm setting. The studio is located a mile from Newbern, along a main hwy 10 miles south of Greensboro, 20 east of Demopolis and 50 miles south of Tuscaloosa. The studio has brick floors and the interior wood walls and beams are from reclaimed barn wood. We want our guests to relax with a good cup of coffee, a great night's sleep and time to enjoy an Alabama sunset from the front porch chairs!

Relax with the family at this peaceful cabin on McDowell Lake. Access to both the Lake and the Alabama River. Enjoy boating and fishing. Minutes from Cahaba Forever Wild hunting tract. Fifteen minutes from Selma. Grill, firepit and picnic table outside. Fishing is free to guests and a peddle boat is available to use in the Lake. Kitchen has a gas stove, refrigerator, coffee makers, microwave, dishes, pot and pans. Sheets and towels provided.

Take in the outdoors with a walk down to the dock on a stocked private lake . Enjoy fishing, swimming, short hikes or take out the paddle boat. Even though you are in the country, shopping, dining and 17 Springs is only about a 12 min drive. Absolutely No Parties.
