Our place is close to great views, restaurants and dining, supermarkets, and family-friendly activities. Less than 10 minutes from I-15 and Thanksgiving Point. Within 30 minutes away from downtown Salt Lake City, 40 minutes from the airport, and 20 minutes from Provo. Five major ski resorts all within a 50 minute drive or less. The Jordan River Trail is right outside the door, offering a great place for walking or bike riding. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

A beautiful 30 min drive to Sundance mtn resort. This is a newly built guest suite with a separate entrance, full kitchen, W/D and tons of natural light. 1BD 1BTH with a pool table, one king size bed and one queen inflatable bed. We may add other amenities but the guest suite is the designated area for guests.

UVU is 15 minutes away, BYU campus is 30 minutes, and Sundance Ski Resort is 23 miles away. The suite is not wheelchair accessible because of rock steps to the entrance. See photos.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You have the access to all your necessities, and also be a little away from all the hustle. This basement has natural light that gives it a warm feel. You will have a spacious kitchen in which to prepare all your fancy dishes, or even to grab a cup of coffee before heading out for your day. Be sure to say hi to the cows that neighbor the back yard.

5 minutes off of I-15 in Lehi and a short distance from many silicon slope businesses. Within 30 minutes or less of mountains, skiing, BYU, UofU, and SLC. Fast wifi. Ground level guest suite, 2 bedrooms; 2 king size beds, 3 TVs, newly remodeled. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place in Lehi, Utah. (No Smoking allowed anywhere on the property. Please don't book if this is an issue!)
