This lovely apartment is on the second floor of an 1873 Victorian mansion on the North side of town. Very conveniently located about halfway between downtown and Skidmore College. This clean, quiet, owner-occupied house has 2 other apartments. The classic Saratoga front porch, sunny patio in back, and small yard are shared with the host. Kitchen has a small cafe table, dishes/utensils, dishwasher. Bathroom has a deep tub/shower, you’ll have to lift your knee to step in. Memory Foam mattress.

Ellen couldn’t have been more responsive and helpful. The apartment was better than expected from the pictures, and also much bigger. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and quirky. The location nearby the center of Saratoga was perfect for us. We had a great time, and I’d love to go back!!

Rebecca’s place was quaint, and reasonably priced. I am unfamiliar with the area, but Rebecca was there with any questions I had. The rental was only 7 minutes from the SPAC, which was perfect for my boyfriend and I. If there is ever another concert that we attend there, I would stay here again! I would also recommend this place as it has great vibes and an awesome host :)

This home was absolutely beautiful right across from the lake! Very spacious, comfortable, clean and decorated so nicely in a lake house theme with a gorgeous view and stunning sunsets of Saratoga Lake! It was perfect for our family and we felt right at home! The house had a bedroom and bathroom on each of the three floors, which was wonderful! The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all the amenities you would need and some delicious welcome cookies, which was so thoughtful! Henry from Peerless was great to work with from the start! Very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend this place to others and hope to come back again someday! We came in town for a family wedding and this house will always hold a special memory of our 3 day weekend! Thank you so much, Henry!!

We had a delightful few days at this lovely home. It is comfortable, has fantastic views and was well stocked. We mostly just chilled, enjoying coffee on the deck, reading, watching the moon rise over the mountains and good conversation. Vermont is special and so is the sugar house, we would definitely return. I can imagine how beautiful and cozy it would be in winter time, watching the snow fall.

Wonderful stay. Wish it wasn’t pouring rain so we could’ve enjoyed the beautiful patio and fire pit! The host was extremely accommodating and in great communication. Would definitely come back.
