The house has an approx. 500m² green area, living room, 4 bedrooms, bathroom with shower stall, 2 kitchens, one of which is an open concept with a barbecue and sink. The house's private outdoor area features a huge lawn, swimming pool, lake, lakeside deck and garage. Great location! 5-minute walk to the village beach, 7 minutes to downtown Saquarema and 9 minutes to the bus station. Bathtub not included. We do not offer bedding.

Have a perfect stay listening to the sounds of the waves! Relax in our grassy garden with trees, enjoy our pool overlooking the sea and have special moments in our gourmet area with barbecue facilities and beer tap. Our home has 4 bedrooms, all with air AC, with 3 being en-suite. There is a cozy living room with satellite tv; a games room with darts and snookers and a beautiful kitchen with a balcony boasting stunning views of the ocean. It is excellent for home-office with 420 mz internet.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The house is rustic, but extremely functional and comfortable. It's our niche, so it's got our style. We will be very happy to welcome your family. The house is super well located, close to excellent markets, bakeries, restaurants and the main attraction: the BEACH. In this accommodation, we do not provide towels or bed linen, but the house has all the structure for your comfort. Full kitchen, TV + Wi-Fi.

Wonderful house with 5 suites on the sand of Itaúna Beach, in the best point for those who do not like muvuca. Easy access, corner market, fully equipped, for up to 16 people. Maid available with separate payment arranged directly with her. WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES, the HOUSE DOES NOT HAVE SIZED INFRASTRUCTURE (cesspool, parking, etc.) TO RECEIVE MORE THAN 20 PEOPLE. PLEASE DON'T EVEN TRY! :-(
