Four bedrooms, one of which is a suite, two social bathrooms, an American kitchen, a dining room and two living rooms. Covered balcony on both floors, parking for 4 cars, outdoor dining table, grassy and spacious location, with security cameras. Great atmosphere to enjoy with the family.

The house has an approx. 500m² green area, living room, 4 bedrooms, bathroom with shower stall, 2 kitchens, one of which is an open concept with a barbecue and sink. The house's private outdoor area features a huge lawn, swimming pool, lake, lakeside deck and garage. Great location! 5-minute walk to the village beach, 7 minutes to downtown Saquarema and 9 minutes to the bus station. Bathtub not included. We do not offer bedding.
