Casa-A Praia Itaúna Saquarema RJ BR (peninsula)

It is a beach house well protected against insects with extra screen doors and windows with double screens. It is an environment that uses white color and all the wood part with ipe color (darker), the external doors are in Mexican style. The floor is made of white tiles with a 30-cm baseboard in the same material. The furniture is made of hardwood, sometimes with glass. All constructions are made of apparent solid brick, reminiscent of an ancient style of Mediterranean and Moroccan constructions

A property that is "your beach house on Itaúna beach." The setting of the master suite makes up the second floor with privileged views. The others decorate the garden. It has monitoring and a housekeeper. We partner with a chef who creates dining experiences of your choice. If you do not need all the suites, the price can be reduced. Reservations of 1 to 2 nights are subject to bed linen and cleaning fees. On weekends, the price is different. Water has a quota and energy is separate.
