Vacation rentals with a patio in Sapucaí-Mirim

The atmosphere is ideal for a couple. It was very clean and organized, has the basics for making meals ( plates, cutlery, microwave, coffee machine and a small minibar). It is close to downtown to go by car, walking would be far away. The accommodation is not possible for those who do not have mobility, as they need to climb a ladder to get to the house. We enjoyed the stay and was worth it for the cost benefit.

The place was incredible. The location couldn’t be any better as it was with walking distance from Capivari village. The building is very quiet and feels very secure. I highly recommend.

The tourist part is beautiful and very close to the accommodation, everything was very clean and organized, it had everything we needed and we enjoyed everything! Eduardo's apartment is beautiful, just like in the photos. It has a beautiful view. It has many cooking utensils if you want. Very comfortable, just minutes from downtown. Very quiet, very peaceful condominium. It's worth getting to know!

My family and I loved our stay, the hgh is beautiful and very cozy. The apartment is just perfect, everything is as shown in the photos. Carlos was quick to respond and always attentive. We'll be back more often, it's super recommended.

Everything was very good. Great location for those who like peace and to escape the noise a little. It's a pity the condominium's gym is under maintenance, but otherwise, the stay itself already had a view and surroundings that are worth the trip. I intend to return in the near future!

The hosts are very attentive, simple and beautiful decor, full kitchen, bed and comfortable living room. A great option for those looking for comfort and tranquility to rest, together with nature (yes! There are still fireflies there). The backyard is fenced and safe for pets. The view is very beautiful with many birds and animals, not counting the night sky which is a star show. Very recommended!

It was a delight we stayed at Cristina's place! The house is beautiful, super comfortable and is in an even more beautiful place than the pictures show! Everywhere we look when we are in the house the view is beautiful! We were very well accommodated! João was also very welcoming and helpful! The experience of staying at Cristina's place was great! The casita is delightful. Great location and easy to access. Wonderful view (the best I've seen in SFX so far). Well-decorated, clean and cozy space Very comfortable bed linens, mattress and pillows. Communication was very easy with Alejandro and the caretaker, who was very helpful and kindly gave us avocados and lemons "from the tree". Thank you very much and we will definitely be back :)

Adriana's house is well located, close to the center of Sapucaí Mirim with a beautiful view of the mountains. There are 3 en-suites, one decorated for children and children's furniture. Perfect to accommodate families or friends who want comfort and a good location.

The house is beautiful, new, comfortable, clean and equipped with everything we need to spend wonderful days. We had a few meals there and found all the necessary utensils. The view is simply breathtaking — you can see Pedra do Baú and the entire surrounding landscape, which is truly incredible. We had very cold days, and it was delightful to enjoy the heater in the living room, drink good wine and warm up with the many blankets available. We also made a fire outside the house, which made the experience even more special. We were lucky enough to spot several toucans and we also visited the Mantiqueira Botanical Garden. It was amazing to learn about the cultivation of lavender, melaleuca and other plants that give rise to wonderful products (which, of course, we took some home!). Oh, and Edgar is a super nice guy! Very attentive, he gave us great tips and answered all our questions quickly and kindly. And about the view... did I mention it's beautiful? Morning, afternoon or night! Unique beauty

The house is even more beautiful in person, with a simply exceptional view. Access was easy and quiet, everything was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped — there are many utensils and everything was thoughtfully designed. Joseane was extremely attentive and always available to help us with information. I highly recommend the stay and hope to return soon!

To begin with, I have no words to describe our stay... everything was simply perfect! Hosting exceeded all expectations. We went with 3 dogs and they ran all over the farm and even made friends with Ana's dogs, it was everything we wanted... the cottage was extremely clean, the bedding super fragrant, everything extremely comfortable and cozy! The location is excellent, a little far from the center, but with a wonderful landscape. Ana was extremely attentive, helpful and responded quickly to all messages. Flexible checkout further enhanced our stay. We will definitely return and recommend with our eyes closed. Finally, we recommend the Armazém Reserva de Minas store, which is in the city center and has cheese, liquor, jam and candy tastings; take the opportunity to have a hot chocolate there! Our stay was perfect, we felt 100% at home. Salete's care, who was always available for any questions, and Ronaldo's attention were exceptional. The apartment is perfect, you don't even feel like going out for a walk, everything is very perfect and cozy. We will definitely be back, we love it!!!

The space matches the photos, it was clean and accommodated my mother and I comfortably. The view from the living room window is beautiful. The place has a heater and fireplace for cold days. Overall we liked it a lot, soft bed, good location. Uber, taxi and iFood delivery arrive easily. There are several cooking accessories, we just suggest that you leave a coffee strainer holder for coffee lovers. Eliza always responded promptly when there were questions. We appreciate the stay and the rest days.

Excellent accommodation, beautiful apartment, perfect location. I'd also like to thank Anderson, the super attentive building manager, who helped us a lot. We didn't take the car out of the garage, when necessary we went by Uber. Fantastic ride, I recommend it.
