Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Sapucaí-Mirim

The villa housed us during the carnival and served what we needed most: a cozy environment that would allow us to relax (and escape the big city) for a few days. Pedro gave us clear instructions on how to get to the house. We had a Polo car and it was quiet - just one day that it rained and left one of the most slippery climb, but it soon passed. We work 4 people remotely in the house for a day (with video calls) and wi-fi served us very well. The kitchen is well equipped, has all the utensils necessary for cooking (pans, cutlery, grating, sleepers…) and for everyday life (offering items such as salt, coffee, filter…). The bathroom was also equipped with toilet paper, soaps, first aid kit (which helped us a lot!), we love the care. The collection of LP's next to the glass is a special charm of the house, we love it! The view from the house to nature is beautiful, it looks like a painting. We felt at home and looking forward to return!

The cottage is perfect, clean, organized, clean and fragrant linens & towels, very nice view and surroundings, completely fenced, has all the necessary utensils to spend a few days and weeks even. Super smooth check-in, communication with Eleonora was great, attentive and polite. You've given all instructions needed. The chalet is 20 minutes from the center of Santo Antônio do Pinhal, the road is good and there is a very short stretch of dirt road only in the condominium area. And again, thank you for your hospitality, Eleonora!

Amazing place, the views are spectacular! The accommodation has everything you could need for a cosy trip away. I really recommend this place to any couples looking to get away and relax in peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings!

The cottage is amazing, just like the photos! Marquinhos, who was our host, also helped us a lot, always responded quickly, an incredible place for those looking to relax and rest, everything well organized and clean, the path to the cottage is also easily accessible, we had no problems, the platform is very good. We hope to come back more often.

To be honest, the house far exceeded expectations! Much more beautiful and cozy than the photos show! The house was extremely clean, a wonderful fireplace heated the house quickly, without smoke! Super well-equipped kitchen, quality towels and linens! Charming backyard, with a little river running right next to the house! We love and will come back for sure! I am a frequent Airbnb user and I can say that I have rarely felt so good. Beyond the chalet's innovative architecture, which offers absolute privacy in a large indoor and outdoor space, it is impossible not to notice every detail thought out with great taste and affection. Surrounded by a stunning green as far as the eye can see, the Licht house manages to be simple and sophisticated and, above all, welcoming. And when night falls, it is worth lighting a fire just to see the huge walls of glass cubes illuminated, blending with the darkness, silence and sky, usually full of stars. We could stop here. But it is impossible not to thank the couple for their cordiality and professionalism, who one day imagined turning a piece of land into one of the most inspiring places in Gonçalves. Thank you, Nuria and Chico. We'll see each other again very soon.

The casita is delightful. Great location and easy to access. Wonderful view (the best I've seen in SFX so far). Well-decorated, clean and cozy space Very comfortable bed linens, mattress and pillows. Communication was very easy with Alejandro and the caretaker, who was very helpful and kindly gave us avocados and lemons "from the tree". Thank you very much and we will definitely be back :)

The stay was excellent! The check-in and check-out were very flexible. We arrived at night very hungry, but we were greeted with a delicious stuffed bread! The view from the house is too beautiful... Very spacious and very peaceful. We saw a boar/pig, many birds, cows and on the road we saw a hare. We loved this immersion in nature! The only downside is that the house is very far from everything... We ended up not visiting many waterfalls, trails or restaurants because of the distance. In the end, this ensures privacy and relaxation, but it is something to think about.

The apartment is exactly as in the photos, cozy, well decorated, clean and extremely functional. Kitchen with necessary appliances, dishes, sofas, TV, tables, there are heaters in the rooms, we love the fireplace in the living room and the view from the balcony is beautiful. Our entire stay was very pleasant, in addition to Guilherme's hospitality, we had the receptivity of Mr. Edmilson, who welcomed us and answered some questions about the place, fireplace and other details during the stay.

Perfect place, 100% safe, better than the photos and Claudio is speechless, attentive and polite! You can rent it, it's definitely worth it!

For those of you who are looking for a quiet place in Campos do Jordão, this is the right place. It is on a cul-de-sac, with easy access. Close to Capivari. The condominium is great, very well structured. The apartment is just like the photos, very spacious, clean and with all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. The hosts are very helpful, always responding quickly. They left us several treats, which made us feel at home! A 10!

The apartment is extremely cozy, spacious and has a super romantic atmosphere. The view is simply spectacular, with a charming panorama of Campos do Jordão. The host was exceptional: very proactive, always available and quick to respond. She was also super attentive in recommending great tours of the area and showed flexibility with the check-in time, which made all the difference in our experience. We had days of extreme quality in Mr. Fernando's apartment! Very pleasant environment, prepared in every detail, from the cordial reception of the caretaker Reginaldo to the wine and coffee capsules provided by the host. The apartment is perfect! You can see it's a real family home. I went with 2 friends and my puppy, we felt at home. Everything is very clean, easy to find, and organized. The shower is nice and warm, which is important on cold days. Extra blankets available and good closet space for us to feel at home. It is VERY close to the center, really about 5 minutes walking quietly. The concierge is very helpful and we had no difficulty with check-in/out. Thiago responded very quickly and was very kind. You can book with the certainty that it will be perfect! Just gratitude for these days of rest 💙🙏🏻

We went with a group of friends to ride in Campos do Jordão and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The house is amazing, very well equipped to serve several people! The place looks like a grandma's house, super cozy! The garden is also breathtaking!! A huge thank you to Rosângela, the housekeeper we hired for the house services and who did everything with a lot of love! Our stay was amazing and we already want to go back!!

Wonderful space, I spent the weekend with my friends and everyone loved the house. In addition to being comfortable, beautiful and spacious, it is close to everything and Rodrigo gave us all the necessary clarifications, being flexible even with the check-in, I recommend it!! Just one detail of attention would be to put a handrail on the external staircase that leads downstairs because we had a small accident there. Other than that, everything is great

The space is impeccable! We want to go back again. The house is beautiful, spacious, with everything we need. The garden is perfect! It looks like something out of a painting. All well cared for. The external jacuzzi is delicious. The caretakers Priscila and Osmar are wonderful and very helpful. It is worth a visit!
