This is a quiet room that can be reached comfortably even in snow, 5 minutes by subway from Sapporo and 1-2 minutes on foot from Nakajima Koen Station. Even in the cold winter, the room warms up quickly! Convenience stores and supermarkets are nearby, making it convenient for long stays. There are several coin parking lots, making it convenient for getting around by car.　　　　Odori Park and Susukino are within walking distance, making it convenient for sightseeing and gourmet. You can enjoy walking and running in the clear air of Nakajima Park and Toyohira River throughout the four seasons. Nearby Moiwa Mountain is a low mountain with a wonderful virgin forest, making it easy to climb. In the winter, you can enjoy nature while skiing, walking on the snowy mountain, and enjoying the night view, refreshing both your body and mind. 　We tried to eliminate synthetic chemicals and artificial fragrances as much as possible. The bedroom has a Simmons bed and a first-class blackout curtain for a good night's sleep. 　Sapporo's water is delicious, but we've introduced a high-performance Seagull Four water purifier for added safety and taste. 　High-speed Wi-Fi, printer, and a desk with easily adjustable height, making it convenient for business stays. Towels are made of Imabari organic cotton, and the hair dryer is bioprogrammed to be gentle on your hair. 　Sapporo has mountains, hot springs, and ski slopes that even beginners can easily enjoy. We live in the same apartment, so we will take care of anything right away.We also enjoy going out and having a meal with our guests when the time is right. 10-minute walk from JR Shinkawa Station, 3 stops from Sapporo Station, It is a little inconvenient about a 20-minute walk from Kita24jo Station on the Nanboku Subway Line, but there are few drive streets and you can spend quietly. 5-minute walk to convenience store A 4-minute walk to the drugstore 10-minute walk to the supermarket It is a convenient place to live. Also, there are large supermarkets and hot spring facilities if you go 2 stops by train. Parking for 1 car is available on the premises (reservation required).It is available for 500 yen per day.(This is the parking lot I use every day.I will park elsewhere) The sofa bed is 170cm. [About transportation] I will do my best to pick you up and drop you off at Shinkawa Station on the first and last days of your stay.Sorry if the time doesn't work for you. It is a convenient location for sightseeing anywhere in Sapporo. This is a beautiful room that opened in June 2025. It is a convenient location with many hot springs and convenience stores, restaurants, coin laundries, car rental shops, drug stores, etc. within a 10-minute walk. There are also many parking lots in the vicinity, making it convenient for visiting by car. It is completely private, and has everything you need, such as appliances and cooking utensils. It is in a great location a 5-minute walk from Sapporo Station. It is very convenient to get to any where. Opening in June 2025!! There is 1 double bed and a sofa bed. It can accommodate up to 3 people. There are 4 rooms in the same building, so it can be used by multiple groups. You can also book a separate room from the list of listings on our profile. Because it is in the center, the coin parking lot in the neighborhood is often full, I don't recommend it for those traveling by car. After booking, we will be requiring all guests staying in the property to provide a copy of their passport.
