The attic is on the second floor, there are 4 flights of stairs that are not long.

In 10 minutes you will reach Lago di Braies and Dobbiaco, in 15 minutes San Candido and Valdaora, and in 20 minutes Brunico.

In winter, continuing along the main road for a hundred meters, you can easily reach the ski slopes.
