It is located in Livramento, on the island of São Miguel, in a quiet and privileged area, a few minutes drive from the city of Ponta Delgada and the beaches. it consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, gym and outdoor area with pool. Each room is air-conditioned and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

It is a modern and cozy two-stories house, exquisitely staged and furnished, able to accommodate six guests. The main floor depicts a kitchenette and a living-room (with a sofa bed) in an open concept, a bathroom (with shower) and a pleasant terrace; the first floor have two bedrooms (a master bedroom and the other with two single beds) and a bathroom (also with a shower).
