The best host I have ever stayed with through airbnb. Lionel and Carla are super, super hosts!! The property is immaculate, very spacious and on a superbly situated development. The beds were super comfy, great black out blinds too. There are many fabulous local restaurants nearby or you can easily hop onto a bus just outside of the apartment block to Funchal. Lionel and Carla really go the extra mile! If you require any help or information the response time is immediate! Thank you for making our stay in Maderia so perfect! We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay. Just 10 minutes walk to historic center. Easy parking. From Funchal you can drive easily to any part of island. Grocery store is also 10 minutes from apartment. All rooms were clean and we feel as in our home. Definitely recommend! 👌

The location and apartment suited us very well: right next to the beach with a lovely pool and view, quiet but easily accessible from the aerobus; and with other bus routes and shops within walking distance, as well as the seaside promenade. Rui Miguel really made an effort to provide all sorts of useful info at relevant times, and was always very responsive and friendly. We had a very pleasant experience.

Patrick est un super hôte. Son appartement est bien équipé charmant et paisible. Bien placé avec un parking je recommande ce logement.

Alloggio con ottima posizione e una bellissima vista sul mare. Molto pulito, letto comodo. Ottimo il servizio della piscina.

The apartment was is a quiet neighborhood and the view was exceptional. The communication with Vasco was easy and quick.

The apartment was lovely, clean and in a very good location. It was super easy to get to the center by bus. Jose was extremely helpful, even when we had issues due to our distraction (like forgetting the keys inside the apartment 😅). Even though he lives far away, he always managed to solve any problem very quickly. I would definitely recommend it!

A lovely apartment: convenient, well-situated and pleasant views. Good location if you have a hire car; Funchal isn’t far at all, and there are many local shops and restaurants. Host-wise, unless you speak a little Portuguese, it can be slightly difficult; Jose is happy to call and speak for his mother. Very friendly and welcoming!!!

Correu tudo bem, conforme me foi comunicado. Superou as espectativas pela localização e toda a zona envolvente. Já partilhei com amigos e familiares para caso pretendam conhecer a ilha usufruírem desse espaço formidável. Farei todos os possíveis para lá voltar.

Estança meravellosa a Madeira. Amfitrions exemplars, que ajuden a millorar la teva experiencia a la illa, amb informació, recomanacions i interès perque gaudiu. Son molt simpàtics i propers en el seu tracte. Respecte a l'apartament és exactament el que s'anuncia, petit pero amb totes les comoditats i molt recomanable per pasar uns dies en parella i fins i tot amb un fill si és el cas. Una mica de soroll del carrer amb els cotxes pero per sort es un barri tranquil i amb fàcil aparcament. Realment recomanaria molt aquest allotjament!!!

Nous étions trois à résider dans l’appartement de Tiago ; le couple dans une chambre agréable donnant vue sur la mer et la montagne. L’autre personne sur le canapé lit avec également une magnifique vue et un petit patio . Les lits étaient faits et l’appartement était très propre avec une cuisine bien équipée et machine à laver . Géniale la terrasse en hauteur pour se relaxer et y faire sécher son linge ! L’appartement est situé sur les hauteurs et il faut monter une jolie côte pour y accéder , il faut avoir une bonne condition physique. Un parking en bas de celle-ci nous est réservé. Tiago répondait à nos demandes presque dans la minute qui suit . Bref un super séjour.

Nos vacances n'auraient pas été les mêmes sans le logement d'Igor, qui est agréable, propre, fonctionnel et bien placé. En effet, le centre-ville est à deux pas, la voie rapide à 2 ou 3 km, Funchal et l'aéroport à moins d'1/2h de route et la vue du balcon est bien agréable. Nous avons choisi ce logement par hasard et nous avons été ravis de nous trouver dans cette petite ville qui nous as conquis. Thanks for everything, Igor, and all the best.

We stayed for one night during our round trip on Madeira, but we would have wanted to stay longer. The place is really spacious, laundry machine and a great terrace with sea view. Madalena do Mar with its banana fields and colorful houses is a charming beach town. Don’t expect sand here, but definitely worth a stop!

Spędziliśmy w tym mieszkaniu tydzień, wszystko nam się podobało od lokalizacji po udogodnienia takie jak pralka,suszarka,ręczniki plażowe, piekarnik. Super kontakt z właścicielem ,szybko odpowiadał na nasze pytania. Dziękujemy za miły prezent powitalny. Jeśli wrócimy na Maderę to z pewnością wybierzemy Machico i ten apartament.

Our stay at Jorge’s place was fantastic and we would highly recommend it to any active travellers. The accommodation was just perfect. We felt safe, comfortable and relaxed when there, although we were mostly out exploring the wonderful island. The parking can be tricky but if you were like us and out from 5am and back at 3pm, parking was never an issue, although tight spaces (I recommend getting a small hire car!). 30-40 minute walk to the centre of Funchal and 15-20 bars on the way! The local bars and restaurants were all good but our favourites were Horta and Mau Fetitio if you want excellent food and service. We wanted to go to Il Basilica but they were fully booked most nights. The day trip to Porto Santo is great, very worthwhile and very relaxing but not a lot going on. We went to Pe Na Agua which was really good. Hiring e-bikes is highly recommended. The mountains reputations speak for themselves. Parking at Arieiro gets busy from 5am and costs €20 for the day. Plan well.

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a great location. We enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay here again! The big balcony was our favourite part, and the check in instructions were so easy. Loved it!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the absolutely stunning apartment. It was incredibly well-equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The beautiful location was a real highlight, boasting amazing sea views from the balcony that we enjoyed every single day. The lovely swimming pools on site were a fantastic bonus, perfect for a refreshing dip. Our hosts, Mariana and Ricardo, were so welcoming and helpful, always on hand to answer any questions and offer local tips. The great wifi was a practical plus, and we loved that the apartment was within walking distance to the main shops, making everything so convenient. We had a truly wonderful time and wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. Thank you, Mariana and Ricardo, for a memorable stay!

Die Wohnung ist hell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Tiefgarage ist geräumig. Super, daß eine Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine da war. Iri hat sich viel Mühe gegeben und uns auf ihrem Weg am nächsten Tag nochmal zum Flughafen mitgenommen , da wir Probleme mit der Autovermietung hatten. Ein toller Aufenthalt

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view was beautiful and we loved being able to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves. The apartment had everything we needed and was a perfect home base. The host checked us in and walked us through the apartment to show us how things worked which was great. The location was not super walkable to restaurants and such for my parents due to the steep hills, but it wasn't an issue for us and the beach path was great to walk in the evenings. Definitely recommend.

Daniel è un host davvero cordiale e attento. Ci ha seguito dal primo all'ultimo momento, fornendo consigli sulla zona. L'appartamento è davvero spazio e ampio, con due graziosi balconi perfetti per una colazione all'aperto!

L'endroit est magnifique, dans une petite résidence avec piscine, proche de toute commodités. L'appartement est superbe avec une vue dégagée. Le lieu est propice à visiter le reste de l'île si vous êtes véhiculés :)
