Le logement correspond à la description : il est fonctionnel et bien équipé. Très bien situé, à deux pas du métro qui permet de rejoindre le centre-ville en moins de 5 minutes. Il est également proche de nombreux commerces, ce qui est très pratique. Les hôtes ont été très disponibles et réactifs tout au long du séjour. Je recommande !

Fabio's place is recently renovated (as of June 2025) and a beautiful space. We did not cook but the kitchen appeared well-stocked. Space was spotlessly clean. The shower was hot and with good pressure. The apartment is centrally located in walking distance from all the main attractions. It is probably a 25-30 minute walk to the other side of the river and the Port Wine cellars, but that is the furthest point from the apartment that we needed to go. There are lots of restaurants right around the apartment within a 5 minute walk. The Clerigos tower is 10 minutes by foot. The main cathedral is about 20 minutes by foot. Among the restaurants, we really enjoyed Mare by Meia-Nau. It just recently opened and has a good (albeit minimal) seafood menu. The "Arroz de Marisco" was excellent. We arrived by train at the Porto-Campanha station. It is a 15 minutes cab ride from there to the apartment. Fabio was a great host (fast clear responses) and accommodated our late checkout.

Nick was a really responsive host who gave us great recommendations about the surrounding area. The property itself was perfect for our party, with ample space for everyone and a private garden while still being close and accessible to the rest of the city. It was clean, tidy and stylishly decorated. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Porto.

We absolutely love our stay! The place was beautiful, neat, clean and as seen in the photos, the location was close to bus stops and metro stops, which made going around the city easy! We had a wonderful stay at this property for a long weekend away with friends. The house was even better than it appeared in the photos - incredibly spacious, good sized pool out the back, plenty of sun-loungers. There were great spaces for everyone to be together - but plenty of room for people to relax away from the group. The journey into Porto was very easy and affordable by Uber and no issues delivering food in. Check in was flexible and easy, with the host welcoming us and explaining how everything worked. We also didn’t realise until just before that breakfast was included - and everyday we woke to a huge selection of breads, fruit, cheese, meats, pastries and cereal! Really could not fault either the host or the home we stayed in. 10/10 in every aspect and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

La localisation est idéale, proche du métro ce qui a facilité nos déplacements, L’hôte a été très réactif et disponible pour répondre à nos questions, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. A fantastic and unique space that really shows the incredible potential of buildings in Porto. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. We really enjoyed our stay!

Leonor was so sweet like texting me whole time while we needed to check-in really late. But she sent her husband give us the key. The room was bigger than from picture! Only 1 night but worthful! She also recommended us bakery in the near in the morning. So cute! I will recommend this place!

This apartment was even more beautiful than the photos. It had absolutely everything you could need. Very comfortable beds. The host was very responsive and kindly greeted us at check in and provided tips and recommendations as needed. Highly recommended!

Très beau logement à 10 min du centre de Porto. La cour et la piscine sont un gros plus. Épicerie et restaurants à proximité. Kinga et Antonio sont d’excellent hôtes. Ils donnent de bonnes suggestions et répondent rapidement. Nous avons adoré.

An amazing place to stay! The flat was lovely and clean, shower was nice and big and the bed was super comfy. Made the most of it being a ground floor flat by sunbathing just outside the little patio area and walking straight to the pool for a dip. Also a great location to walk into town for either the beach, shops or restaurants. Not too far to walk to the supermarket for food either. Adelina was always super quick to reply to messages, and was exceptionally friendly and helpful anytime we did message. Cannot recommend enough!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung von Hailey. Sie war sehr sauber, sehr ruhig und sah genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Mit Baby war die Wohnung ideal! Hailey ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Excellent location and comfortable apartment - we stayed 3 nights, and it is within walking distance of many sights and restaurants, but remarkably quiet given where it is. A small balcony overlooks an interior courtyard. There is a coffee machine/electric kettle for tea, and a laundromat around the corner. Highly recommend.

Rodrigo's apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay! I visited Porto for a business trip with my husband and one of my consultants. The apartment was large, beautiful, light filled, and had lots of space for us to spread out comfortably. We each had our own bathroom, the bedrooms were nicely sized, the AC worked great, the beds were comfortable, and everything was super clean! The apartment is in the Gaia neighborhood, which is quiet, peaceful and residential with walkable cafes and services. When we wanted to visit downtown Porto we would drive in or Uber - it is approximately a 10 minute ride. We had a rental car to drive to meetings daily and parking near the apartment was free and easy to find. Rodrigo allowed us to check in early and was prompt, kind and always helpful. The building and apartment are keyless entry and the whole process around the stay was seamless. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly!

Le logement était impeccable, et la terrasse constitue un véritable atout pour profiter du climat doux de Porto. Idéalement situé, il permet de rejoindre le centre-ville en quelques minutes à pied. Ana est d’une grande gentillesse et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Pour toutes ces raisons, je recommande vivement cette location.
