Vacation rentals with a fireplace in São João das Lampas

Lovely stay, even lovelier host. Super friendly and responsive, and even sent a list of local recommendations for everything one could possibly need during a holiday. Would love to come back as it was such a special home and held spectacular views. Gorgeous vibes 🫶🏻🙏🏻

The place is indeed very well equipped and has lovely facilities. We didn’t use the pool, because it was too cold in April, but I am sure it is great in summer. Location is walkable distance to the beach, and we used an uber to get to the town. It is a lovely house and thank you to Vladimir for being so accommodating (I made a mistake in the booking when providing in the amount of guests, which he kindly disregarded). Vladimir also kindly provided us with a cot and a high chair for our toddler.

It was a pleasure staying at Ricardo’s place. The place is on the first floor of the house and has big lawns, fruit orchards and ample parking space. The view of low hills and sunrise from the balcony was beautiful. My daughter enjoyed the hammock in the balcony. Overall it was a very nice, peaceful and soul soothing stay in natural surroundings.

Très bonne hôte! Elle nous as reçu avec beaucoup d’informations et des bonnes recommandations pour restaurant et visite de Lisbonne. Le ménage était impeccable. Cependant, il y avait une odeur d’humidité présente. Peut-être juste les bâtiments en béton qui cause ceci que nous sommes pas habitué à cette odeur au Québec. Le petit coin intime est invitant! Merci Annabella pour ton accueil chaleureux!

We had a fantastic stay at Sofia’s Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. She took the time to personally meet us, brought us some fresh Pastéis de Belém and wine, which made our experience feel very special. Her instructions and recommendations were incredibly helpful, ensuring we felt comfortable and knew the best places to explore. Whether it was tips on local restaurants or guidance on how to navigate the area, her insights made our trip so much smoother. The space itself was cozy and well-equiped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The appartement is on 3 floors, there is 1 bathroom on 1st floor to be used for bedroom on 3rd floor. The other bathroom is within the masterbed room. We truly appreciate the personal touch and care that Sofia puts into hosting, and we would highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a great experience. She also accomodated an earlier check-in as our flights arrived early morning.

Esta casa é um paraíso mesmo ao lado de Lisboa! Passei três dias neste lugar com os meus amigos e é consensual que é a nossa casa de sonho. Todos moramos em Lisboa e podíamos ter pensado que não valia a pena alugar uma casa a 40 minutos de distâncias mas, sem sombra de dúvida, foi a melhor decisão que tomámos! A casa vale só por si, pois tem uma vista fantástica, rodeada de natureza, no cimo de um vale, e uma piscina maravilhosa, com vista directa para o pôr do sol. A luz dourada deixa saudade! Também aproveitámos as praias Palmela e Sesimbra, que se destacam pela água turquesa e pela vegetação em volta. Quem me dera passar mais tempo neste alojamento! É dos lugares mais bonitos onde já estive. A casa em si é confortável e bem equipada e a Annemie é uma pessoa super acessível e muito simpática! E adorámos a gatinha Tigra, é muito doce. Sinto-me sortuda por este fim-de-semana neste lugar mágico.

Amazing place, the view is so incredible, we spent a really great time at the villa, it is peaceful, beautiful and private! If I come back to Portugal I would definitely want to come back! Thank you again for everything!

Genau wie erwartet. Ruhig, down to earth, nah an einem wenig besuchten Sandstrand und trotzdem Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, etc. in der Nähe. Und Claire ist eine tolle Gastgebenrin :-)

Heel mooi verblijf met prachtig uitzicht. Super fijn vriendinnen weekend gehad! Alles op loopafstand en het appartement was schoon.

Meeting to get the keys was easy and they worked with our changing plans. The place was great for our purposes and think if we come back we would stay again. We were visiting with family near by so we didn’t cook but we saw the kitchen was well equipped. The place was relaxing. Beds very comfortable. The only negative was when you walk in the building it smelled mildewy but the apartment was fine and no traces of a smell! Great decks too!

Lage: Hervorragend gelegen für wunderschöne Spaziergänge entlang der Küste. Ansonsten gelangt man auch mit dem Auto recht schnell nach Ericeira im Norden und Cascais im Süden. Der Sintra-Nationalpark lädt ebenfalls zu herrlichen Wanderungen ein. Wohnung: Top Wohnung, die hervorragend ausgestattet ist, allerdings etwas kleiner als auf den Bildern (für 4 Erwachsene wahrscheinlich zu klein, fur eine Familie mit 2 kleineren Kindern top). Sara: Einfach top!!! Super einfache Kommunikation und stets hilfsbereit. Remote Work: Wir haben von dort remote gearbeitet. Sara hat uns auf Nachfrage einen kleinen Schreibtisch zur Verfügung gestellt, sodass wir in separaten Zimmern arbeiten und Meetings halten konnten. Gute und stabile Internetverbindung. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die von dort remote arbeiten möchten. Fazit: Top, aber zugegebenermaßen nicht die günstigste Unterkunft in der Region.

Artur was an incredible host and we loved our stay at his beautiful home! He went above and beyond to provide recommendations, flexible check in and luggage storage options, and a thoughtful welcome gift for our group. Him and his family were proactive and responsive in communicating, which made our stay a breeze. The apartment is comfortable, clean, bright, large, and great for a group (especially with its beautiful patio). The location was convenient and walkable to many of the tourist sites, and accessible via metro and tram as well. I highly recommend Artur’s home for anyone hoping to explore Lisbon!

We had a wonderful stay at Paula’s charming apartment in Cascais! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen well-stocked, and we loved having a drink on the balcony in the evenings. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, the marina, and plenty of great restaurants and cafés on your doorstep. Cascais is a lovely town, and this Airbnb made it even better. Our host was incredibly friendly and responsive, offering great local recommendations. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax by the coast while still being close to Lisbon. We'd definitely come back!

Rafael foi muito prestativo e atencioso, atendeu todos os pedidos de ajuda, indicou espaços ao redor para refeição logo a nossa chega e a coisa mais marcante foi nos permitir ter um late check out, até a hora bem próxima ao nosso voo, que foi no turno da noite. Ficaremos eternamente grato pois não sabíamos aonde ficar para aguardar o voo. Recomendo

Excellent stay. The location was great - and the home was clean and spacious for all 5 of us (family, including 19mo old). The child-friendly toys and crib/high-chair were huge helps. The location was just around the corner from great shops and restaurants. And we hiked from the Airbnb to the top of the Pena Palace. We stayed for 2 nights, and I wish we had time to stay longer. Would highly recommend for groups that need 3 bedrooms in Sintra!

A very spacious apartment with cool temperatures and a beautiful view from the bedroom. The first night was very windy, and the draft was quite strong, but luckily it calmed down during the night, and we were able to sleep with ease. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we had access to salt and oil for cooking. There was also a washing machine and a drying rack available, but without laundry detergent. Polly kindly let us check in earlier and gave us some local surf tips! We had a great stay, and hope to come back soon!

Super séjour pour un anniversaire en groupe !! Nous étions 23, la villa est très adapté, et magnifique. Star était très attentive à ce que tout se passe parfaitement, c’est très appréciable. On a déjà envie de revenir pour un nouvel événement !!

Everything about this place exceeded our expectations! This is the first Air BnB I have stayed in where the rooms are even nicer than the pics! We stayed here with our adult children for 8 days and absolutely loved it! The property is nicer than some 5 star resorts we have stayed in. The kitchen has anything you could possibly need and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels and washcloths. Bedrooms were comfortable and quiet! Rui and Teresa greeted us upon arrival and were responsive anytime we had questions. There were restaurants within walking distance but also Ubers and Bolts were plentiful and inexpensive. I can’t recommend it enough! Thank you Rui and Teresa!

Wir haben mit einer Gruppe von 6 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern für eine Woche in der Unterkunft übernachtet. Alles in allem waren wir rundum zufrieden. Das Haus hat zwar ein paar wenige altersbedingte Eigenheiten (Fenster und Schiebetüren teilweise nur schwer zu öffnen), welche aber unsere Zufriedenheit nicht eingeschränkt hat. Die Räume waren blitzsauber, der Pool war toll und es gab sogar Sandspielzeug und Sonnenschirme für die Kinder. Toll ist auch, dass das Haus so groß ist, sodass nicht alle Gäste aufwachen, wenn ein Baby in der Nacht schreit. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Lourinha und kommen gerne wieder!

We loved our week in Laura’s house! We arrived very late in the evening but that was no issue at all because we could collect the key via lockbox. The house and property looked even better than expected from the photos! Everything is well maintained and renovated, but still with some south European Oceanside Charme. The size of the house was perfect for 6 adults (3 couples) with its two bathrooms. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. The pool is not heated (we obviously knew this in advance) but after a couple minutes you get used to it :D We had everything we could ask for in and around the house. As mentioned in other reviews there are a lot of dogs in the neighborhood. I don’t think they were as loud as people make it out to be. They are not in the direct neighboring houses so it is a rather distant sound I think. I didn’t hear them at night. If so you would just need to close the window. All in all it was a perfect stay at Laura’s and we’d do it again!

La maison est idéale pour accueillir une grande famille, ou des groupes. Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire, en toute intimité, dans ce lieux vaste et confortable. A house packed with character, personality and authenticity. The outside deck is unbeatable, best seats in the house for watching the beautiful sunsets with a glass of something chilled in the hot tub! Kitchen fully equipped for cooking in, or restaurants and kiosk bar in walking distance if going out. The coastal path runs by the door, so amazing hikes along the cliffs as you step out. We’ll be back!

This place was a great home base for us to explore the coast. It was a beautiful and comfortable space to come home to and offered good access to stunning coastal walks. Jose was very accommodating and offered us early check-in to suit our travel schedule which was very helpful.

A wonderful place. A peaceful setting, ideally located for restaurants, supermarket and beach. The pool is bigger then it looks on pictures. our children enjoyed the Airbnb. lots of space, secure grounds and a trampoline to keep them entertained. We enjoyed BBQs on the patio. The villa is cleverly designed so that nobody feels on top of each other. would definitely revisit
