Great house with 5 suites, living room and kitchen with internal barbecue, full kitchen, lots of silverware, electros, very good dishwasher! Great, clean pool, your Antonio every 3 days is cleaning, outdoor barbecue great! Flawless garden! We were receptionist for Fatima, a sweetheart who knows everything about the house! Anyway I recommend, very satisfied!

The house is perfect for those looking for peace and quiet. Very quiet neighborhood, quite green, birdsong... Very close to the beach, which is almost exclusive, due to the number of people who frequent it. The house is comfortable and functional, a kitchen well equipped with utensils and very tasty for cooking. Host is very considerate and available to resolve small details that may appear. It has supermarket, bakery... all close by. I would definitely recommend it.

Rafael was very responsive and answered all my questions quickly. Communication was clear and made the stay much easier. Check-in and check-out without bureaucracy and very flexible. The house was spotless and very well maintained and better than shown in the photos. The cleanliness was at a higher level than expected. The house had all the amenities I needed, such as a full kitchen, high-speed internet and a large and comfortable space. We'll be back for sure!! Thanks, Rafael.

Casa Itapoá 12 people with pool and parking for 5 cars

Excellent house and accommodates 12 people comfortably, with air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the living room of the main house, there are 2 blocks from the beach and approximately 30 minutes from the center of Itapoá, great for those who want to suce and relax. The kitchen is complete and has 1 freezer and 2 refrigerators, there was no shortage of water on the holiday of the turn and super clean pool and house, all very organized. Host sends all necessary recommendations for a good stay, such as wifi password and how to keep the pool clean. I highly recommend it and hope to be able to come back one day!

The stay was very good, very quiet and the apartment had a great infrastructure. Great location and close to market, pharmacy, bakery. Liana very requests and proactive, very concerned with the adaptation and the period we stayed in.

Lush tropical plants create a vibrant entrance to the property, complemented by soft ambient lighting. The neatly landscaped garden features a variety of greenery, including tall palms and broad leaves, leading to the welcoming structure in the background.

The apt is great, well furnished and the sea view is wonderful! The beach is clean and it's right in front. The building's pool is not very large, but fulfills its function, although the sun falls on it only until 1:00 pm or so. The building is not very tall and has few apartments, which makes it easier to maintain the place. There is a supermarket and restaurant very close by.

A swimming pool is located just outside the house, featuring a vibrant blue mosaic tile design. The serene ocean can be seen in the background, bordered by a sandy beach and greenery. A privacy fence surrounds the pool area, enhancing the peaceful setting.

Marcos and family are very receptive and attentive , house like the advertised. I quoted two points to improve the milestones that is the staircase, which should have a guard, as it is narrow and high, and if the pool was heated it would be even better! But the house is very good, clean and a quiet place. I've referred it to several people and no doubt we'll be back.

This was my second long term stay with Artur and every bit as good as the first visit. He even added a capsule coffeemaker which satiafied my endless coffee addiction. Great location. Great pool and gym on top floor. Very nice apartment, and you couldn't ask for a better host.
