Our experience was very good! The apartment corresponds exactly to what is advertised: well equipped, comfortable and with a beautiful view of the sea. The condominium offers great leisure areas and direct access to the beach, in addition to the market and cafeterias that made our stay much easier. Communication with Fernando was great and we were warmly welcomed by Rosei. We had quiet and pleasant days, and we certainly want to return in the future.

The location is perfect, with stunning sea views right from the window/balcony. The environment is super cozy, clean and well equipped, with everything we needed for our stay. I emphasize that both the communication with the host and with the co-host Ademar was great, always quick and attentive. I highly recommend it for those looking for a quiet place, well located and with a spectacular view.

The host couple was extremely helpful, they provided all the information clearly. The apartment is a delight, we felt at home, with all the necessary utensils, a giant TV with many channels. Condominium with plenty of infrastructure and very well organized. We'll be back for sure. We loved the place. It was worth every moment.

We were greeted by Roseli, his representative who was an excellent guide for us, smiling, patient and very kind. The apartment is even more excellent than what you see in the photos! The ocean views are perfect, it is complete, with everything you need for a great stay. Perfect cleanliness, quality sheets and towels. Complete and new kitchen items. Beach items available, balls, board games, my kids were delighted. Having 3 TVs available was perfect! All smart TVs and with platforms available. The complex is 100% excellent. Safe, comfortable, super clean facilities all the time, divine pools and jacuzzis, courts, lounges and perfect gazebos! The complex has state-of-the-art technology in terms of entry (biometric data), garage opening, new elevators. We'll be back! Excellent stay!

The apartment is exactly as it is on the listing, we went in 4 people and we were very well accommodated. Condominínio has a great structure and the beach is excellent.

Had a great stay! We were very well received by Carlos, who gave us clear instructions and showed us the entire apartment. The location is excellent, the apartment is literally in front of the beach, just across the street. The neighborhood is super quiet and the neighborhood seemed very safe to us. Communication with Carlos and Siluá was great from start to finish. We definitely recommend it!

Very attentive host, very quiet place, excellent for relaxing, foot in the sand. Dormia and awoke to the sound of the sea. Good location easy to access to piçarras, penha, among others. I intend to return.

Before booking with Joselita I had 2 cancellations in the same building which made me apprehensive, but with it was all quiet, apartment equipped, we do not miss anything, the structure of the building is excellent, the beach in front of the building is not the best for children, but nothing that prevents the use, we will definitely go back

We had a very quiet and pleasant stay, very clean and with all the necessary items. Condominium structure, marvellous. The nearest beach has the sea quite agitated, then we ask for indication for Iodete, who indicated to us the Grant beach, which is very close, and with the very calm sea, ideal for children.

Spacious and pleasant apartment with an extended balcony that is a very favorable point. The air-conditioning did not account for the day, but it was because it was very hot, the night cooled well. Equipped with basic items that supply for the days off. We didn't miss it, it was really nice. I will return more often for sure. And the condominium, it's perfect. Everything a family needs to rest and have moments together, beach, swimming pool, games, sport and at Carnival we still had party in the pool. If I could score 1,000 I would give it! Luana is also very much in demand, when I asked to book the outdoor barbecue, she promptly assisted us.

Excellent option for those seeking tranquility and great structure for the family. The apartment is very equipped, it makes us feel at home. It has a good barbecue with equipment. The pools are well maintained. The beach is quiet, without crowds, loud music, family atmosphere, with lifeguards on duty during high season and few vendors. We stayed with our 3-year-old son and it was a lot of fun, every day was sunny, we enjoyed it a lot. I recommend it for those looking for tranquility, enjoying a beach and pool with the family. The condominium has shops in front, but it's also easy to get to the city center by car.

I recommend it and would come back more often, I believe that for very few details it was not perfect, it really matches the photos and expectations, thank you for the attention fairy in the last few days

It was all perfect! Accommodation served perfectly, everything clean and functional. In the hammock watching the sea and the pool was top. We very much like the condominium, well organized, clean and very beautiful.
