We were able to walk to the beaches! Great location, all close by! Cozy space and very clean! One single point of attention is regarding low-rise cars. We went with a Cruze, but since the sidewalk is very steep, the undercarriage scraped to get into the garage. As the area is quiet, you can leave your car outside without worrying. But, we easily solved this by placing two stones for the car wheel to pass higher and not scrape

House simply wonderful! Beautiful, cozy and comfortable! The family's service is fast and full of attention from booking, check in, check out, on everything that was needed. Completeness House, bed games, bath, laundry, kitchen and the wordless heated pool of so good! Received with a huge basket of delicious fruit! It was a very enjoyable family outing! Gratitude 🙏😍

Our stay was perfect. We chose Leandro's house in order to rest. The house is far from the center, around 10km. Praia calm. We were lucky with the weather, as it did not rain any day. There's a little store next door that has everything to buy. Leandro lives next to the house and any need is to resort to him, who has always attended us willingly. From house to sea are only 50 meters. You can see the sea from the gate. You have to bring bed linens and dishcloth. We take our Pet. It has a huge backyard for him. We use the barbecue a lot. It has air conditioning in both bedrooms. City Hall has no air-conditioning in the living room, but you don't need it, as the place is cool. Only one microwave was missing, to make it easier to heat food faster. Great value.

We found more than expected and the value for money is right!!! We'd love to come back ;o)

Wonderful, spacious house, our pets were very comfortable and played a lot, lots of entertainment for guests, very private, we had no problems with sound, we had a lot of fun, the pool was wonderful, the outdoor area was perfect, beautiful and very organized, everyone loved it and we'll be back at some other time! Very attentive host, everything was perfect!

The house was very good, spacious and quite clean, the mattresses are already quite worn. The area is not so touristy but a nice place to be quiet, at night the neighbors made quite a bit of noise

We loved the stay, the house met all our needs. Large and full of space... My family loved the place and everything was as advertised. Nerli was very attentive and served us very well. I just thought the house would be a little closer to the beach, but you can walk there easily, close to markets and a pharmacy.

The stay was excellent. Near the beach. Half a block walking and I was already at the sea. Quiet place. Family atmosphere. All rooms are spacious. Elevator. Garage and comfort. Don't get too close or bump into people inside the accommodation. I recommend it. I'll stay again if possible.

The house is actually very beautiful and complete. However, maintenance may improve: the visiting bathroom faucet did not work, the kitchen sink was clogged, the sink sink was leaking, so the entire closet beneath it was wet and scented. Hygiene products that were in the ad were missing: soap, shampoo, detergent. Camila was always willing to help us quickly and made both entry and exit more flexible, which was very good. The garden is very large and there is a balcony to barbecue and stay quiet. A very cool place to take the pet and rest.

The accommodation is impeccable, very clean and tidy and with all the necessary items for a good stay. Well-equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms and super comfortable rooms. My team and I were working and were able to use the pier next to the property to board, which was essential for our logistics. Edenilson and Angela were available all the time. We will definitely return to work and also for leisure with our families!
