We loved our stay at the Villa. It is in an absolutely beautiful area, with beautiful views of the sea from the pool. The bedrooms are excellent, with loads of space in the kitchen and living area. Our favourite things were the SONOS sound system and the Barbecue, both made our trip superb. The padel court is a bit of walk but well worth playing- and of course, it’s very easy to get taxis. And then both of the hosts, Anders and Diego were extremely helpful. Both extremely responsive at all times and made our stay even better. We will definitely try to come back next year, everyone in my group had the best time!

We had booked it for my 70th with all our family. Unfortunately my husband too ill and wasn’t allowed to fly. The rest of the family and grandchildren had the best time. The villa was as it was in the pictures, spacious and clean. The pool was spotless as the pool cleaner came to keep it maintained. It’s the first time my family had been to Portugal and they just loved it and would recommend anyone booking this villa would be very happy. They are due back today and the feedback from them has been very good. Infact we might just book this for next year. Steve and Natalie have been amazing hosts. A Perfect Family Getaway in Lagos! We recently spent a week at this beautiful villa in Lagos with our family, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious and immaculately clean the property was. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, whether inside the villa or out by the pool. The highlight for us was definitely the pool area—it offered a stunning view that made every morning coffee and evening swim feel like a luxury experience. The outdoor space was peaceful and well-maintained, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sunshine. Ursula, our host, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. Her warm hospitality really added to the experience. The location was great too—quiet and private, yet just a short drive from the beaches and town centre. We felt completely at home and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend for families

The stay at this house was very pleasant. We felt completely comfortable. The house offers everything you need for a nice holiday. Very good facilities and very clean. The host was attentive and responded to our questions immediately and was always available. We will be happy to come back.

Lovely house, really well stocked with essentials like coffee, tea etc - a welcome bottle of wine , Cold cuts , chesse- 4 good size bedrooms, nice patio, pool and jacuzzi

Casa de Bandeira is one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed at. Didn't really know what to expect from Albufeira and it is a bit "lively" with bars etc. in town but this place is a complete oasis. Totally near enough for an easy walk to varied bars and restaurants in five minutes, but very quiet once inside. I'm sure it's easy enough to drive or Uber to supermarkets but there is a Spar a five minute walk away which is small but generally well stocked for convenience. The villa is just beautiful, spotless on arrival and cleaned every other day. Comfortable beds, nice linen and towels. Bathrobes and slippers provided. It is really spacious and you definitely do not feel on top of each other. The absolute piece de resistance though is the rooftop. Equipped with a small fridge, shower and toilet, it is an amazing place to spend the day and/or evening. Originally we decided not to heat the pool (May) but once we decided to do so, we spent hours in there. Thank you so much, we will be back!

Amazing stay just like when we previously stayed in the villa, exceptionally clean, and beautiful just how you would like it!. Emy and Leo are extremely attentive and friendly and will make sure your stay is top notch! Can’t recommend this place enough! The local town armacao is a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk and filled with everything you need, from restaurants to bars to boat rides and beaches. 10/10 from myself and the family again :)

Had a great time. The house is absolutely beautiful, mega beautiful view and very nicely decorated. Really full of comforts and upon arrival we even received a welcome package prepared by Lina and Helga. The pool is also very nice and pleasant with kids. We'd love to come back!

We had a wonderful time in Vale da Tehla and thank Mariana from the heart for her hospitality and great service! She tried at every moment to give us the most beautiful time! We were in the house with our small children and enjoyed the large living and dining area very much. The kitchen is beautiful and the rooms are equipped with large closets. Our stay at this wonderful accommodation in Carvoeiro was simply unforgettable! The property offers an incredible number of cozy outdoor seating options, a well-equipped outdoor kitchen and a beautiful pool. The house has three separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, which was just perfect for our group of three couples. We could easily walk to a small supermarket, and all other destinations were super accessible with a short Uber trip. A special highlight was the roof terrace, from which we had a fantastic view of the sea. In just ten minutes we were at the beach, and the surfing beaches as well as beautiful cities such as Lagos in the area were quickly accessible. We had a fantastic time and would come back any time!

We loved our stay at Anne’s place in the most peaceful part of the Seixe valley, so much nature and beauty. Situated on Anne’s expansive land which has undergone an ambitious reforesting effort following a wild fire a few years ago. It’s incredible to see their efforts and the land being rejuvenated, life is everywhere. The space is beautifully designed, lots of space and sunshine, plus all the amenities you could need Anne is friendly and so generous with her time and suggestions of how to explore the area. We’d love to return

Actually, so much has already been written about this great Airbnb. We agree with ALL positive reviews. If you're planning a personalized vacation in the Algarve, book here. It was fantastic. Our life in the almost 2 weeks took place mostly outside. It is so nice to enjoy the first coffee/tea on the roof terrace in the morning or the wine in the evening. Our 2nd favorite place was the courtyard with kitchen counter. We loved having breakfast here and enjoying the affogato in between. We had planned not to cook. However, it was so much fun in this well-equipped kitchen. So there were small dishes or salads in the evening. Restaurants, the small market hall, the local grocery stores and 2 discount stores are within walking distance. We enjoyed Silves very much. There are good opportunities to shop for beautiful things here. Thank you Marta + Levi for the communication + the new dishwasher

An incredible place with an amazing atmosphere. A spacious property located in a quiet area surrounded by forest, offering complete privacy and relaxation. The house is stunning, decorated with exceptional style. We felt extremely comfortable here. We had a great holiday at Miguel in Silves and the kids loved it! The house has plenty of space (we were 5), was very clean and bright and has amazing views. You can walk around the old city from the house. Very nice coffees for breakfast and restaurants for dinner. There are plenty of activities for kids around. Miguel answered to our questions always very quickly and shared recommendations with us. Also very lucky with the weather, the beaches were wonderful and we could enjoy some time in the swimming pool. We will definitely come back! Thanks Miguel!

The airbnb was even more beautiful than on the pictures. It’s very calm and the pool and the garden are very nice. Rafael and Anne-Sophie paid so much love to details, we felt like home. The two have been amazing and very kind hosts. We had a perfect holiday and would return anytime!

We loved our stay at the villa. The garden & the views were amazing. It was perfect for children. The pool had gate, a big plus for security. We liked that there was the possibility to heat the pool (we went end of April - beginning of May). The dining area outside was so nice. The kitchen was fully equipped. The interior design was spotless. Modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, with an authentic feel. You need a car to get around. Everything was close by (5-10 min by car) : beaches, restaurant, supermarket, etc. The host were super responsive. To sum it up : it’s a perfect place for a family vacation!

We recently had a fantastic week staying here. Weather was fantastic and the pool was the perfect temperature for a refreshing dip! Everything from start for finish was brilliant, even down to putting up a baby gate at the top of the stairs for us prior to our arrival. The decor is great, very clean and tidy and the pool toys were a hit with our little one. Location is quiet and peaceful but within short walking distance of the Marina and surround bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Lovely and peaceful stay and a perfect location to explore the amazing area in and around Tavira, a truly underrated part of the Algarve. The house is perfect for a small family. Very chilled, off the beaten path. Great stay and super easy!

The house was very stylish and well-designed as well as well furnished. Everything important was there. The fact that the books were only cardboard boxes reinforced the impression that the house was furnished by the designer rather than by a private person. But we really enjoyed it. If you want to complain about something, then minor things like missing information about the house (Wi-Fi password, where to dispose of garbage, instructions for the appliances...), already "used" pans and an unusable vacuum cleaner. With such a beautiful house, however, you can easily overlook it. We found the location perfect for exploring the Algarve. Lagos and Faro are within reach and even the shopping facilities could hardly be better.

Just back from a fantastic week in this villa , as all the other reviews have stated it’s a beautiful well cared for villa in nice quiet relaxing surroundings. Everything was perfect from check in to check out . Cleaners arrived during our stay and inside and outside was immaculate. Seen someone mention dogs barking at night but I think we heard one one night , nothing that bothered us . Overall a very enjoyable holiday for a party of 4 .

We were 12 people who came together (ranging from 3- 89 years old), from across the globe and we all had a wonderful stay. It was perfect. The areas (inside and out) were large enough for us to gather together as a group, and the house was spacious enough that people could retreat to their room or area should they want to break away for some alone time. We cooked big dinners, spent hours in the pool, and played games at night. The grounds were private, filled with beautiful bougainvillea, geraniums, and hibiscus plants. There is plenty of sun and shade (outside) and ACs in the bedrooms. I would say the pictures don't do the home justice. The rooms are larger in person. The hosts were readily available to help with finding things in the home or with recommendations for things to do in the area.

Our stay was incredible—totally private with spectacular design and peaceful, beautiful surroundings. Catarina and Rodrigo are amazing hosts, and Marina went above and beyond to make us comfortable and to help us out. We stayed during the power outage of whole of Portugal and Spain and the hosts and Marina really helped us throughout this. They communicated what they knew and helped us with onward plans! Don’t miss a massage with Patricia—it was a highlight. Highly recommend and definitely would stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay, and can’t wait to be back for a longer period. The guesthouse is charming and peaceful, and Paula is a wonderful host.
