Looks better than the photos. The apartment is huge and very comfortable. Loved the decor and very convenient location. The doorman of the building was also quite friendly and helpful. My only note (which is not the host’s fault) is that there was a strong sewer smell in one of the bathrooms which would then make the bedroom that was attached to that bathroom smell the same. Other than that we were very pleased with everything.

A wonderful house, we loved the accommodation, comfortable, large and beautiful house, it has spectacular views of the entire valley. David was very close and friendly and attentive at all times, he let us leave late on the last day to take advantage of the stay. You feel right at home. My family and I loved this place! The neighborhood is in a great location with easy access to the metro, bus stops, and Taxis. However, it is also very walkable to get to the beach, gothic quarter, Parc de la Ciutadella, and many other places! The inside of the apartment was very cozy and we really enjoyed having the balcony to sip our morning coffees. The hosts, especially Cristina, were extremely helpful, she greeted us the our first day and left us a bottle of wine in the fridge. We highly recommend this place to anyone that is open to exploring the city of Barcelona😊

The host was very friendly and gave us great suggestions on what to see and where to eat. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and very clean. The location is excellent, although it can get a little noisy at night.

What a wonderful place to stay in BCN! The place is just as described, very spacious and squeaky clean. And real AC units in each room, which are such a relief in the summer. The markets right downstairs are super convenient for picking up whatever you need, and the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. Bus is right on front, and the metro stop is a 5 minute walk. Beach is right next door. Very easy to get anywhere. Francisco (Paco) is the most delightful host! He met us at the apartment and even had the AC on already so it was cool when we arrived. He showed us everything and even sang us a song. He was always helpful and so enthusiastic about welcoming us! I would definitely stay again!

If you want to stay in Gràcia while in Barcelona, just book this place! No need to look further. It could reasonably sleep four people, but it was priced well enough for me to book it for a solo trip. I got everywhere in Barcelona using the metro stop blocks away. And everything you'd ever want to eat or drink is walkable. Elena is awesome! Super responsive, clear in communication, and a great resource for whatever you need to know. Thank you!

Silvia's flat in the Vila de Gracia neighborhood was perfect in location, and perfect quiet neighborhood feel. First of all, she was very sweet and personally greeted us, gave us instructions on how all the amenities worked, and left us a great little list of local places to eat. We took advantage, and the two places we tried were great! If we stayed longer, we would have had the time to try all her recs. Second, the eclectic style of her place was just great, especially for my two daughters. They both loved it. The backyard patio was beautiful. Like many Spanish style homes, out in the street, it doesn't look like anything. Just a door and maybe a window out front. But once you go inside, it opens up, usually with a beautiful tropical/lush garden out back. We really enjoyed her personal interior decoration style. Third, it was very centrally located for our needs. We focused on visiting Casa Batllo, and the Sagrada as we has a short stay. And it was perfect for walking to them.

I highly recommend Romina’s place in every aspect. Romina provided us with every convenience and made everything easy for us. She had thought of everything we might need. She also responded to our questions very quickly. The only problem was the constant renovation noise coming from the next-door neighbor. However, I believe that was just a temporary situation.

The accommodation is exactly as it appears in the description. The neighborhood is very quiet, ideal for walking and very close to Plaza España on foot and by public transport. We were a group and we felt at home. As a drawback, I would say that the bedroom attached to the other, although it had windows, these were blocked by a problem with a neighbor and that made it hot during the day and a little overwhelming. Check-in was flexible, which is appreciated, and although check-out was early, we were warned about it (15 min courtesy would have been great). Otherwise, outstanding. Thank you Roger, we'll be back 😀

We really enjoyed our stay at Victoria/Paula’s house. It was located in very friendly area with restaurants and transportation near by, it was very easy to walk to grocery stores and cafes near by and had a great time in Barcelona!

We 3 girls had a wonderful stay, Silvia and her daughter are very nice and helpful, response always comes quickly. The view was of course our highlight, I didn't even have such an impressive view in hotels!! That alone was worth the money, but it was really cheap! We felt very comfortable! Greetings to the nice old lady and her husband on the ground floor! I would always come back! Thank you so much!

amazing view of the sea, the garden is beautiful and very well maintained with barbecue and terrace. it should be noted that the site is ideal if you have a car. otherwise it's a 30 min walk to the beach (significant elevation difference). very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

Good place accessible pool plenty transport links to attractions and busier areas nearby. Lovely restaurants and bakeries nearby within 10/15 minute walk. Plenty amenities to cook with and watch telly and good size balcony.

Would definitely recommend. Wife and I stayed with our 2 year old son, and they had a booster seat and pack n play all setup up on our arrival. Location is close to the beach, and walkable to most attractions. Host is responsive and provided recommendations for our stay.

Anna was an incredible host - very responsive and attentive. Her place is beautiful and the pool is hard to beat. Gracia is a wonderful neighborhood, quiet, homey but also lively and vibrant. We have 2 kids and would highly recommend this place.
