Beach house vacation rentals in Santorini

My stay at E&E Villa in Kamari was absolutely fantastic! The location couldn't have been better – it's centrally situated, just a short walk from the shops, tavernas, and the beautiful beach. This made it incredibly convenient to explore everything Kamari has to offer. The villa itself was very clean and beautifully decorated. Furthermore, the communication with Christina was exceptional. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless. I wholeheartedly recommend E&E Villa to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Kamari. It's a gem!

We loved our stay here. It was very close to the beach could walk and there in under 2 minutes. There was so many bars restaurants and Amenities near by we could use. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. It is a perfect place to stay. Location is great for relaxing and only a 30ish minute drive into Fira.

We stayed at Vlychada Diamond's apartments for 2 weeks. The apartment was nice, regularly cleaned, near the beach and parking. Also, there is a snack inside the apartment complex where we bought smoothies. The landlord, Eleni, is kind, answered our questions. It was great.

What an amazing place with a spacious accommodation. Good starting point for the whole island max 30 min by car. Enjoy the smell of the sea and the sound of the waves on the edge of the beach. I will and can recommend it to anyone.

The place was just as described, wonderful views and beautiful. Beatrice and Ester went above and beyond for us, loads of recommendations for places child friendly, beaches, museums etc. Aswell as loads of wonderful recommendations for places to eat. The villa was perfect and had everything we needed. Thank you again, we will definitely be returning. Xx

We had the most incredible stay at Christa’s home. We couldn’t believe how lucky we were to find this gem! Christa was a wonderful host, the location is just 2 minutes from the centre of everything yet it’s so peaceful, there is a shop and taxi rank at the end of the drive, the apartment was clean and perfect. The animals we felt really made the experience, they would greet us every morning and we loved getting to know their individual personalities. We found it difficult saying goodbye to them all! Christa very kindly arranged the airport transfers for us, sent us recommendations and informed us of a firework event that was happening in Fira. We also watched some beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the garden. Personally we think this is a better option than staying in the centre as some of the hotels are rather overlooked, whereas this offers a peaceful, secluded retreat but at the same time you get to experience beautiful Oia! We 100% recommend staying, it’s a very special place!

The space is amazing and great for the cost. The host is super responsive and always gave great recommendations for all the questions we had. Would definitely recommend :)

Eleftheria was so helpful, our flight was delayed and he wait to check us in. Personally I think the place looks better in real life. We rented a car and there was free parking outside sometimes was busy but just a short walk. It’s on the other side of town but nice to be away from the crowds. There is a couple restaurants and supermarket within walking distance so you can always get things. It was perfect and would definitely stay again. Phe from London.

No complaints, it was great from start to finish. Eleni and Nina are very responsive, pleasant and always attentive. The accommodation was impeccable, good location, clean… Frankly it's nice to travel in such conditions. We had breakfast included every morning, with something new every day! I would recommend this place without so much as a second thought and we thank Eleni and Nina for their hospitality, kindness and caring, thank you for everything!

Stay in the maisonette from 7 to 16 July 2021. We had our best vacation. Everything was perfect! Already we were waiting at the airport. A lovely driver who dropped us off at the apartment (and took us back to the airport on the day of departure). Emma welcomed us perfectly by giving us all the information and tips for our stay. Then visit the apartment in question: no unpleasant surprises, everything is exactly as in the photos. Spacious, comfortable house, very well decorated with all the essentials for our stay. 2 air conditioners in the apartment that refreshed us well! A small exterior with all the furniture. And finally the hot tub (not editable temperature so it's not really a jacuzzi😜) that we really made a profit ( well yes, when it's hot, the fresh water is good!!😂). It is Cleaned each morning!!! Just a small downside on the overlook. (The outside corner and jaccuzi overlook the street). The pool is great!!! Super clean, it is bigger than in the photo and we were lucky to be only the two of us to enjoy it😁. Breakfast on the beach was royal!!! A hearty breakfast, fresh produce, beautiful view and great service (Thanks Mary). Emma also makes smoothies and coktails monstrously good!!! Rental car required for island tours. (Emma did everything for us, we just had to pay and collect the keys). The cleaning team is superb, friendly and very attentive. We had a hard time with them. You can reserve with your eyes closed. The quality of the service is there. The team is available 7/7. We will return without any problem.

The Villa is beautiful with lots of space. Very convenient to everything on the island. Host is great and would highly recommend if you’re looking for some privacy!

Would have like to have seen a Stephon frypan, collider for staining food, larger coffee cups and tea towels for drying dishes. We consider these very small items and not a big issue. We locked ourselves out of the roof and the owners came right away to let us back in, we were most appreciative. They arranged a taxi to pick us up from the ferry port 3.5 km away but not walkable it cost 30E each way so that we found a little expensive but no other easy options for us. The owner arranged an enjoyable sunset cruise for us. We would recommend this Airbnb in a heart beat.

Wonderful and cozy home with great amenities. Super clean and up-to-date. Perfect location to take full advantage of Santorini. Having a car was helpful to explore the island, but not necessary as there was a lot to do within easy walking distance.

Dragon Group took great care of us and shared a beautiful villa with us for the duration of our stay on Santorini. This location is away from the touristy areas, but an easy walk to the marina and the black sand beach. Understanding that it is more removed, the refrigerator was stocked with milk, juice, yogurt, meat, cheeses, water, wine, and beer when we arrived, plus cereal, break, coffees, teas, etc. The villa was spacious and the patio was expansive!! We loved the soak tub (with our only complaint being that the jets didn't stay on very long, so we had to keep pressing the button). Transport was arranged for us whenever we wanted and many recommendations (with discounts or perks) for restaurants and outings. They were extremely flexible when we requested an extra 1/2 hour both when checking in and checking, then when our plans changed and we needed a driver earlier. Even long after-hours requests were responded to promptly. I definitely recommend!!!

Traveling as a party of four - but not couples - it was a great find to stay at this location. The apartment is spacious, with three private bedrooms, living and dining, and a large outdoor patio. Plenty of room to either be together or retreat. Stamatis met us at the apartment, even though we were later than planned. He had anticipated our needs with beer in the fridge and supplies for the morning, which was a great service as we didn’t need to run out right away. We delighted with the gentle bells of the donkeys each morning.

Perfect place and the best island location!

Argyroula’s place was pristine with everything described plus free tea, coffee, drinks and bottles of mineral water (by choice). His communication is top notch and quick to respond. His place is 15 minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes walk to a big supermarket with all needs. Also, with the cheapest things around the area. In front of the supermarket is a public transport. Restaurant is near the supermarket as well. Pharmacy is 10 minutes walk. We enjoyed our stay!

We had the most amazing time here. We wish we could’ve stayed longer. The host organized a boat excursion for us and was unbelievably helpful and responsive. The place was beautiful and perfect for a bigger group. It was a little difficult to get around to the cities and sights so we ended up taxiing everywhere, which added up in price. If you can, I would rent a vehicle. Otherwise, well worth the price and we would do it again. The team of hosts were great and very helpful for everything you could need.

This place was beautiful peaceful and in a great location. Anastasia was responsive and helpful making sure our stay was pleasant. As an added and appreciated touch she unexpectedly left gifts for us.
