Villa vacation rentals in Santo Tomas

This is a perfect villa for a family holiday. the location is convenient for the beach, this is a few minutes walk to a lovely sandy cove with a restaurant. the local shop has everything you need and a larger supermarket is also in walking distance as are several good restaurants. you could manage without a car. the villa is fully equipped with everything, as much as I have at home. This is our second visit.

This ground floor flat was absolutely perfect with young children. The astroturf in the garden meant easy for little ones to run around and they have lots of toys to play with. All the amenities you would need for a baby too. The pool has three sections for babies, young children and adults. A lovely walk to the marina and beach, All flat so our 4yr old could walk it. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. We thought it was a great base and would absolutely go back when visiting Menorca again.

We had a great time in Miguel's accommodation. The house has all the comforts. It is also very clean and looks nice and cozy. We were well received and received tips about the island. We'd love to come back and recommend it to others.

We had a great time at Thomas's place under a beautiful sun! The villa is incredible and Menorca seduced us! Small negative points: no basic necessities, bed linen in a bedroom too small, not enough toilet paper for 6 people for 1 week) but this does not detract from the quality of this accommodation. Thank you Thomas for this stay!

Jose and Marinella are really great hosts. Honestly, among the best I've ever met on my travels around the world. They are very friendly and helpful in giving valuable information to enjoy Menorca. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos. Well-organized spaces and attention to detail, the pool is very well maintained and clean like the whole house. I'll definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Maria's villa. The pool was bigger than usual for a villa with plenty of space to relax around it. We visited in the May half-term and the unheated pool was plenty warm enough for swimming. There's an absolutely incredible small cove, just down the steps out the back garden of the property leading to a tranquil oasis where there is a small sandy beach and are many sunbathing spots on flat rocks with ladders into the sea. Our kids really loved exploring this and spotting fish and jumping in. There's a huge hotel unfortunately placed blocking any sea view at the villa, but no noise from it at all. Lots of shops, bars and even a waterpark in walking distance so very convenient for a family stay. The villa was extremely spacious and very clean and we enjoyed cooking bbqs many nights and eating on the terrace. A lovely property and extremely responsive host. Thanks for making our holiday a great one!

Clean and quiet house. Amazing exterior with a nice terrace. Very functional. Olga is very responsive and welcoming. Too bad the pool was cold at that time but it looks amazing. The only downside is that there is a bit of humidity inside but you have to remember to ventilate well all day.

Fantastic house in a quiet area near Ciudadela and the main coves of Menorca. Davide is very well Host who is always attentive and with very good directions.

we had a wonderful stay in a beautiful house with a perfect view of the sea. prado was very helpful, very flexible and friendly. she always took great care of our needs and it was easy to communicate with her. we would like to thank her once again.

Lovely host, felt settled and well informed. Provided lots of information when asked. Even provided 2 high chairs and 2 cots on request. Shops and restaurants were 25 min walk.

The villa was great and Nicolas was a very helpful host. Stunning blend of luxury and comfort. The interior is nice decorated, with spacious rooms that are very cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view from the villas terrace. The private pool was another favourite feature, offering a refreshing escape from the summer heat.location is also great! Overall, our stay was fabulous and we cant wait to return again.

This villa is simply stunning. We’ve just had a great stay for a week at Christoff’s villa. Christoff was an incredibly responsive host who was very friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved the endless views of the olive groves from the back of the villa - and spent each morning with a coffee in the sun soaking it in. The villa itself was incredibly well equipped with everything we could need and felt really luxurious with very comfortable beds. The toys in the villa were really enjoyed by the children. The large pool was blissful and cleaned twice while we were there. And the roof terrace where we enjoyed a couple of evening meals was the jewel in the crown. Great location - being peaceful and private but within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Couldn’t imagine finding a better villa. We didn’t want to leave!

Justin & Cristina’s home is a beautiful place. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. They are generous hosts who left drinking water, herbs, spices, oil etc It felt like a home from home and We couldn’t have had a better family holiday with our toddler granddaughter and daughters. Binibequer is a great place for families with young children. There’s a lovely little sandy beach and play ground less than 10 minutes walk away. The local supermarket stocks everything you need, so no need for long drives. And the bar/restaurant across the road is a nice place and they keep respectful hours and music volume so didn’t bother us at all. Thanks Justin & Cristina we had a great holiday.

We were a family of 9 adults. Villa Rosa was perfect for us. The house and pool area was brilliantly arranged for relaxing and chilling out. We love to cook and the kitchen had everything, it was like a home from home. There was plenty for us to do. We had a superb meal at La Calita at Biniancolla, the setting is stunning. We also had a lovely boat trip with Alan and Black Lizard tours. He even took us to the lighthouse! Mahon and Cuitadella didn't disappoint and coming home to Villa Rosa made the holiday for us. Great place! Son Bou has a neat location in the middle of the island. The Airbnb is super convenient because you can easily park a car outside and there are a few supermarkets around. The place was exactly like the photos with a nice veranda outside, spacious, kitchen fully equipped and decorated simply but very elegant. Would stay here again definitely

We had a wonderful week away. A gorgeous villa in a great location. The views were unbelievable from the balcony and pool area. Great amenities such as football table, pool and a welcome basket with all the basics we needed and just a lovely short walk to the local shops, the beach, bars and restaurants. 100% would recommend

Private villa with great layout, comfortable and practical. It was great to have our own heated pool with beautiful views. Great communication with the owner. Any issues were resolved by the staff right away.

We spent just over one week at Joans villa. Lovely surrounding, quiet area but still everything within walking distance. Great communication from Joan, responded to questions quickly. Special thanks for filling up the fridge before our late arrival. We had a great stay and would not hesitate to come back!

We loved staying here, the best private pool we have had, the kids loved it! The terrace to dine on was perfect! The local beach is very special, very clear water, pedalos and not too crowded in May. Thanks for letting us stay!

We stayed here for two weeks and could quite easily have stayed for longer, we felt right at home as soon as we arrived.

A beautiful discovery near the beaches within walking distance, the house is super well-equipped with garden and pool, magnificent views! Also well located, making it easy to discover the island. Emmanuelle is very responsive and welcoming, I recommend it. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great week at this villa. The position is great, we got a taxi to nearest Lidl and did a big shop for breakfast/lunch bits. Ate out every night. Restaurants a five/ten minute walk from the villa. The pool is great and we spent most of the time in there. We were really comfortable here. The only downside is I didn’t feel the villa was as clean as it could be. The floors weren’t clean and in a couple of the bedside drawers there were cigarettes/vapes and a charger. Almost as though someone was living there in between bookings. Also one tea towel in the kitchen isn’t sufficient! All in all yes it was great and I would recommend. We had a great week
